In February 2016, I wanted to have yakiniku, but it seems I arrived a bit too early. Since they also sell meat at the entrance, I decided to buy some meat this time. They had seasoned lamb and other options, but I ended up buying chicken with salt and chicken gizzards. The chicken with salt was very tender, without any sinews or excess oil, and it had a good balance of salt, making it very delicious without any strong flavors. The chicken gizzards had cuts in them, coming in various sizes, and they were also well-seasoned with salt and tasted delicious without any strong flavors. Thank you for the meal! ✿ฺ(๑´ڡ`๑)✿ฺ.

Today was a busy day, and I finally finished work at 10 pm. When I got home, I was so tired that I didn't even feel hungry and just wanted to go to sleep. However, my wife had prepared some snacks to go with alcohol. She had actually defrosted some Genghis Khan lamb that I had bought a while ago from Yubari Farm. I had kept it frozen, not knowing when I would eat it. The lamb was pre-seasoned and cut into thick slices. It was cooked and eaten. The seasoning was a bit sweet and strong, and the quality of the meat was quite good. It was probably loin with a bit more fat, but the strong seasoning masked any gamey taste. My wife thought it was delicious, but for me, it was good but not my favorite Genghis Khan. Winter is not a common time for BBQ, but having Genghis Khan at home occasionally is nice. I'd like to try different kinds in the future. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal!

This shop sells Genghis Khan meat for both in-store and online purchases, and also offers a dining option in the shop. I visited the shop to try their unique Genghis Khan meat from Atsuma, which is only available at this shop in Sapporo. The dining area has booths that can seat about 6 people each. The prices were surprisingly affordable, and the dishes were generously portioned. I ordered Genghis Khan lamb for 460 yen, Genghis Khan special for 490 yen, and a mixed vegetable grill for 420 yen. The dishes were delicious and had a light flavor. The portion sizes were large, and I left feeling satisfied. The shop also offers a special raw lamb shoulder dish that I regret not trying. Overall, it was a great dining experience with tasty food at reasonable prices.

Summer in Hokkaido is finally starting. During this season, BBQ with fresh meat is essential for enjoying the sea, mountains, and rivers. If you want to buy fresh meat rather than from the supermarket, I recommend trying this Genghis Khan restaurant. They have a wide variety of frozen meats available for purchase, perfect for BBQ. I personally use this place to buy meat for cooking on a hot plate at home. I used to buy meat from the supermarket, but ever since I found this place, I can choose from various meats and enjoy fresh meat. I highly recommend it. They also have a BBQ corner inside the restaurant, making it a great place to visit for a drive.

I had a reservation for a medical examination at a certain plastic surgery clinic, but was told to wait for an hour and a half. What's the point of making a reservation? Since I had some free time, I went for a stroll and came across a shop nearby. I thought it was a yakiniku restaurant, but it turned out they only sold frozen meat. I bought a pack of "My Genghis Khan (lamb)" for 900 yen including tax. When I got home, I tried it right away. It has a strong flavor and is quite sweet, but using lamb meat makes it tender and delicious. I'm interested in trying the mutton and the salted hormone that looked tasty, so I would like to visit again! Thank you, "Yufutsu"!

I visited a popular bread shop called "Kitakitsune no Shippo" at Nihonbashi Takashimaya in September 2020. The shop is originally a Genghis Khan restaurant from Sapporo, Hokkaido, specializing in flavored Genghis Khan and raw lamb. They also sell Hokkaido-style curry bread, which won the highest gold award in the Cheese Curry Bread category at the Curry Bread Grand Prix 2018. I wanted to buy their Hokkaido Wagyu Curry Bread, but it was sold out. Instead, I bought their regular curry bread, which had a generous amount of meat and moderate spiciness. It was a delicious meal.

This is a gift I received... I stir-fried "My Genghis Khan" from "Yubari Farm" with bean sprouts, cabbage, and onions. The meat is tender and easy to eat, without any tough parts. I cooked one cup of rice, which was enough for the two of us, but may be a bit small for others. Looking at the ingredients list, the "sheep meat" is from Australia... It's a modern twist with a punchline. Well, that's how it is. Thank you for the meal.

I went to an event called "Niku★Stadium" held at the 8th floor event space of Hiroshima Mitsukoshi and decided to try the shop that was selling the best award-winning curry bread in Japan. I saw the words "Best Award-Winning Japanese Curry Bread" and decided to give it a try. It seems that Hokkaido's Yufutsu Farm is selling a Hokkaido deep-fried curry bread called "Kitakitsune no Shippo". There are several types of curry bread available, and the one that won the best award in Japan is the "Tokachi Mozzarella Cheese Curry Bread". I bought one of those. The small curry bread, freshly fried and still warm in my hand, had a crispy and crunchy outer layer. The dough was slightly chewy, and the filling had delicious curry with the mozzarella cheese making it even more tasty and mild. I highly recommend trying it freshly fried if possible, as it was really delicious. It was so good that I bought one of each remaining variety on my way back: "Tokachi Mozzarella Cheese Curry Bread", "Hokkaido Wagyu Curry Bread", "Medium Spicy Curry Bread", and "Hokkaido Vegetable Curry Bread". I stored them in the freezer and enjoyed them at a later date.

I stopped by the "Local Food Festival" in Hibiya Park on my way from Zojoji Temple to the illuminated Chidorigafuchi, as I had some time. It was the last day, and some popular stalls had already sold out. I tried the medium rare beef skewer for 500 yen. Afterwards, I walked to Chidorigafuchi, where the sunset over the moat was very beautiful. ^_^
