High-level sweets for adults! Especially the strong acidity of the kiwi strawberry in "Kun-sen" is a must-try! All the sweets are of high quality. It's also nice that they are reasonably priced. This cake shop is located in a residential area in Kushiro. Despite its homely atmosphere, the cakes are high-level and catered towards adults. In particular, the "Kun-sen" was amazing. If you love sweets, you must try it. Kun-sen (470 yen) was the grand prize winner of the 2012 Kushiro Sweets Grand Prix. The combination of kiwi strawberry and bittersweet chocolate creates a complex and exquisite balance of strong acidity and the sweetness/bitterness of chocolate, like a piece of art. The crunchy nuts add a nice accent. It was incredibly delicious. The Roll Cake: Delicious roll cakes have a tasty sponge, and this one is no exception. The sponge is firm and delicious on its own. The whipped cream is light and high-quality. It was a high-level roll cake. Baked Cheesecake (400 yen): Another adult cheesecake. The mascarpone is rich and creamy, with a nice hint of cheese flavor. This one is delicious. Mango Pudding (380 yen): Rich mango flavor! There are plenty of mango pieces on top, providing a satisfying bite. The refreshing sweetness of the mango is fantastic.

I visited the store around 12 o'clock in June 2023. There were no customers before or after me. It was my birthday, so I came to buy a cake. It was my first time visiting this place. The store is small, but I found out that they have won awards for their cakes! There were several plaques displayed. I tried the Mont Blanc cake. It had chunks of chestnuts inside and on top. The Mont Blanc sauce was sweet and delicious. The sponge cake base complemented the sauce well. It was a delightful Mont Blanc cake that left a happy feeling even after finishing it. However, it was a bit expensive for its size (over 400 yen). But I would love to have it again someday. My family tried the other cakes, the Swiss roll and strawberry shortcake, and they also found them to be very delicious. I will definitely come back to buy more cakes.

This shop seems to be all about peaches. My wife likes peaches, but I think having a whole peach is too much, so I opted for the one next to it. Later, when I told my wife, she said she would have preferred the whole peach. There was nothing that made me want to eat it, so this was fine for me. It's expensive. The case had a whole peach taking up a considerable amount of space. A whole peach, it's quite noisy. Anyway, it was delicious, but I couldn't eat it quietly. Is the dough, well, dough? Not the kind of dough I'm used to. The peach was tasty and fresh. 'So-called, fresh,' as my wife put it. Just eat it as it is and give a report. But I couldn't really understand.
