During my solo trip to Hokkaido, I had a set meal at a local restaurant. Although they also offered a la carte dishes, I decided to go for the set meal this time. I discovered a delicious local liquor exclusive to Kushiro that was not available at supermarkets or roadside stations. I ended up ordering a bottle of the liqueur from a liquor store and purchased it as a souvenir.

With a stylish and cute appearance, a kind owner, and delicious food and drinks, this is a wonderful place where you can casually drop by even when traveling alone and enjoy sake while chatting with locals. The sake tasting set and local sake are incredibly delicious. I had the seasonal salt-grilled cherry salmon and homemade miso-fried chicken, which were so tasty and went well with the sake. The highlight is the "white rice," which was incredibly delicious that I ended up getting a large serving after the small one. The combination of set meals and sake is the best. Thank you for the meal. I will definitely visit again!
