The prices are reasonable and I like the atmosphere of this local bakery, so I have visited a few times. This time, I purchased the Natural Yeast Bread "Pain au Levain" with figs and walnuts (250 yen) and the Ham and Egg bread (190 yen). The fig and walnut bread was nice when lightly toasted. The Ham and Egg bread had ham inside the soft dough, making it easy to tear apart without the ham spilling out. However, the amount of ham was minimal, so I would prefer if they increased the amount of ham even if it means a price increase, or alternatively, increased the amount of egg instead of ham to make it more satisfying. As others have mentioned, the parking situation is a bit unique. The limited parking spaces are arranged in a way that requires the first car to leave before the cars behind can exit, creating some inconvenience. Despite this, I enjoy the cozy atmosphere and would like to visit again.

The Nyakopan at Pan no Mise Hidamari is so cute and makes a great souvenir! The "Milk Hearth" made with Komagatake Milk and the "Fluffy Mochi Donuts" made with Sasaki Tofu's soy milk were also delicious. The prices are reasonable and I found a favorite bakery in Hakodate! Check out more details here: Hakodate's "Pan no Mise Hidamari" serves delicious bread using local ingredients from Donan region.

I stopped by because I was nearby. The bread from the day before was 20% off. This bread, similar to French bread, is delicious. I thought the chocolate bread was also delicious, so I bought it, but this time it wasn't as good, I wonder why. I also saw a local person carrying bread without putting it in a bag, just hanging it and taking it home.

I'm thinking of buying some bread for tomorrow. I'm feeling hungry now, so I'll also get something to eat immediately. When I entered the store, I found out that yesterday's bread was 20% off. I decided to buy some white bread, which was originally priced at 320 yen but now costs 256 yen. It's almost as cheap as supermarket bread, and the quality is good. I also bought a bread with sweet red bean paste made from adzuki beans. It has chunks of beans in it and tastes delicious. I'm planning to toast it and spread some butter on it tomorrow, which I think will make it even more delicious. This bread was affordable too, priced at 420 yen.

When I leave early in the morning, I like to take a break along the way and eat bread in the car. Because it's plain food, I want to eat delicious bread from a good bakery. The bread here is still delicious the next day. Since it's the next day, they are simple without cream or anything fancy - croissants, melon bread, twisted donuts, grape bread, bean bread. I feel satisfied to a certain extent, and that's important.

I went to a cute miscellaneous goods exhibition at Hidamari and realized it was the last day. I looked at cute things, bought bread, but didn't buy cute bread for tomorrow. The bread from yesterday was 20% off. The roll bread was still fluffy and delicious the next day, and the plain bread had a solid taste.

The 10% discount coupon I received the other day was waiting for its turn in my wallet. I used it on the last day it was valid when I went to buy some bread. I was planning to send some bread to a friend, and thought the chocolate bread would last a little longer. Oh, I also bought some Komagatake milk drinkable yogurt to include. For myself, I got the custard cream one. It was nice to be able to use the discount coupon.

Hidamari is celebrating its 20th anniversary. They had a sale where you could draw a lottery and win a ballpoint pen. I've been curious about their cream puffs lately, and their custard cream filling was really delicious. It was the best one I've had recently. I will definitely be going back to buy more cream puffs.

I often passed by the bakery in Kamiyama, but never had the chance to stop by. It seems like a family-run business, as I noticed the everyday life feel in the parking lot behind the store. I purchased a curry bun, a chocolate croissant, and a cat-shaped bread rusk. The curry bun had plenty of summer vegetables as filling, which was great. The cat-shaped bread rusk had a simple and rustic taste. They also had other cat-shaped breads besides the rusk.

**2017.01** I happened to come across a bakery while driving on a road I don't usually take. Without any prior information, I decided to stop by. The parking lot was different, with narrow aisles for parking in a single file. Customers had to leave in the order they arrived. The store wasn't very spacious and the bread selection seemed limited. I bought croissants and walnut bread for breakfast the next day. There were discounts on certain bread depending on the day of the week, and I got 10% off on French bread and walnut bread since it was Monday. The next morning, I tried the croissant which had a good buttery aroma but was slightly burnt. The walnut bread had a nice combination of walnut and red bean flavors, with a crispy outer layer and soft inside. Overall, I enjoyed the bread and would consider revisiting to try their sandwich bread next time. It was a delicious meal.

I went to a bakery today that I had never been to before because I always found it hard to park there. It seemed popular with families, and they had a variety of breads made with local Komagatake milk products. The croissant I tried was probably made with their fermented butter, which made it taste really good for only 150 yen. It was flaky and delicious, although it broke a bit when I tried to put it in a bag. But the lady at the counter made sure to put the broken pieces in the bag as well, showing that she cared about the bread. The size was quite big, and one was enough to fill me up.

A bakery in Hakodate City. Located in a residential area, it might be hard to find unless you stumble upon it by chance. They produce and sell a variety of breads, using ingredients sourced from Hokkaido. They also offer breads through mail order. One of their offerings is the "red bean paste bun," with red bean paste inside a moist bread dough. They take pride in using ingredients from Hokkaido, so I wonder if the red bean paste is made from Tokachi red beans. Topped with poppy seeds, it's distinguishable from buns with smooth red bean paste. Another item is the "melon bread," a simple bread with a moist dough covered in sweet cookie dough. While many melon breads these days come with cream filling and intricate designs, this bakery offers a straightforward, classic melon bread.

Bakery in a residential street. The shop has a cute exterior. They offer a variety of bread. I've only been there twice. I bought two butter rolls for 105 yen and a Bistro COPAIN butter for 330 yen. I also tried a Danish pastry that was like a square cream puff. The pastry was a bit hard, not fluffy. The butter flavor in the rolls was weak. The prices were reasonable. I don't go there often because of the taste and probably the parking situation. The entrance is on the side and the exit is at the back, so if someone enters before you, you have to wait for them to leave. I usually drive, so parking is an important factor for me. I noticed they have a nice website where you can see their bread selection: http://www.pan-hidamari.jp/

I found out online that they also offer home delivery for orders over 750 yen, so I decided to try it. The bacon bread had a rich buttery flavor and a satisfying chewiness. The bacon flavor was strong and it was quite oily, but it had more of a French bread taste than a buttery one. The red bean bun had a filling with a restrained sweetness, which was delicious. The walnut cream bread had a fluffy and moist texture, with just the right amount of walnuts. The croissant had a great buttery flavor, and it was crispy if eaten right away. The spicy rusk was crunchy and tasty. I would like to try other types of bread from this place again.
