A delicious miso-flavored ramen shop that makes you want to come back again, with a Sapporo ramen vibe. The parking lot in front of the shop has space for two cars, but it may be a bit difficult to park due to the location on a busy street with curbs. There is a service available if you park at a nearby coin parking lot, details can be found in the shop information. On the opening day, flowers were delivered and the area around the shop was decorated with summer-themed flower arrangements featuring small sunflowers. The bright red curtain with the name Mori Sumi Seimen indicates that the noodles are likely from Mori Sumi Seimen. The rich miso flavor with a hint of lard was delicious and well-balanced. The yellow medium-thick wavy noodles were cooked perfectly, typical of Sapporo ramen noodles. The initial saltiness gave way to a deep and rich miso flavor as you continue eating, providing a satisfying and delicious taste. If the flavor is too strong, you can ask for extra soup. The presentation may not be visually striking, but the wood ear mushrooms, green onions, seaweed, bean sprouts, and tender chashu all complemented the miso ramen well. The chashu was soft and tasty, although not outstanding, the soup was the standout element. The soup was so delicious that you would want to drink more, but with plans to visit another ramen shop, I had to refrain from drinking too much to avoid overloading my body. By registering on LINE, you can get a 100 yen discount, which I would recommend taking advantage of. The service staff did a great job, and the shop used to be a ramen shop called Buta no Hanamichi. They used to offer five types of ramen for a coin, but the prices have increased since then. However, considering the current prices at ramen shops, the prices at Shirakaba Sanso are standard. The owner of Shirakaba Sanso, now known as Ichiryu, previously worked at a ramen chain, and you can enjoy the reliable deliciousness of miso ramen here. Looking forward to trying the miso tsukemen next time. Store Information Address: 2-1 Minami 2-1, Minami 4-jo Higashi, Shiroishi-ku, Sapporo, 003-0026 Ichiryu (Miso Ramen Specialty Shop)

Arrived at 11:30 on a Sunday. One customer already there, followed by 3 more groups. A miso ramen specialty shop that opened about 2 months ago along Route 12 in Shiraishi. Previously it was "Buta no Hanamichi", and before that, the popular "Marutomo Ramen" shop that offered meals for just one coin. The interior remains the same as "Marutomo", with self-service water. The owner runs the shop alone and is said to have worked at "Shirakaba Sanso". The menu consists of "Miso Ramen", "Miso Tsukemen", and spicy versions of both. I ordered the "Miso Ramen" (980 yen) without hesitation. It arrived shortly after. The soup was rich and flavorful with a generous amount of oil, a classic Sapporo miso flavor that was delicious! The noodles were firm, just the way I like them! The tender chashu was delicious! The seaweed had a strong flavor. Half a soft-boiled seasoned egg. The vegetables included green onions, bean sprouts, onions, and finely chopped wood ear mushrooms which added a nice texture. Overall, the miso ramen was satisfying and delicious. However, there was too much oil... It's been a while since I couldn't finish the soup for reasons other than spiciness or health concerns. I hope they can improve on this one point. In terms of "food taste", this was a negative. Next time, I'll try the "Spicy Miso Ramen".

Shiraishi-ku Moto-dori area. ◇ Business hours 11:00-20:00 ◇ Closed on Wednesdays ◇ Parking available for 2 cars in front of the store, 100 yen off or extra-large serving or small rice service when using the coin parking behind Hokuyo Bank, cash payment only, coupons available on LINE official account. At Shirokabasan-so, the owner trained for 8 years since a young age. This is a shop related to Shirokabasan-so. Looking at the receipt, it mentions "We Still Don't Know the Taste of the Ramen Shop We Saw That Day in Miyanosawa," and huh? The owner of this shop was the owner of that shop, and the cheerful manager there became independent, so the shop closed. Their nostalgic miso was also delicious, so it's a bit disappointing. Now, this new shop has only counter seats with the owner working alone. There was an air conditioner, but it was a bit hot. The young owner was refreshing in customer service. The menu includes miso, spicy miso, miso dipping noodles, and spicy miso, with four types of miso specializing in ramen. The price is a bit high at 980 yen. What about the contents? I ordered ◆ Miso Ramen (980 yen). [Soup] It still carries on the same taste profile. The soup is not too rich, with a balance of pork and oyster sauce umami, miso sweetness, kombu umami, garlic punch, creating a rich and well-balanced soup. I felt it was tastier than the training shop. [Noodles] Similarly, it uses Morizumi Seimen's medium-thick curly noodles. The high hydration rate makes it a classic noodle that goes well with the soup. The firmness is normal. [Chashu] It's a single piece of tasty chashu, not diced. Chashu noodles are also available! The ground meat is excellent, with a punch that is delicious. It's easy to mix with the noodles and tastes great with the soup. [Boiled egg] It came with half an egg! Always a nice addition! [Bean sprouts] There was a lot of stir-fried vegetables, so it was satisfying to eat! [Green onions] I may be nitpicking, but the green onions were delicious, with a flavor that was brought out well, cut by professionals. [Other ingredients] There was no impression of seaweed, but the wood ear mushrooms were sliced. I prefer whole wood ear mushrooms, as they go better with miso. Menma was not included! I still want it. [Small rice] I received it by registering on LINE. It goes perfectly with the ramen! With the coupon, it doesn't feel overpriced. [Overall] People who regularly eat at famous places may not feel a strong impact, but this shop gives a sense of security that they will consistently provide delicious ramen. It's the image of delicious ramen served in perfect condition, just like at the training shop. It was a delicious bowl. Thank you for the meal!

Miso ramen for 980 yen. Guided by the car navigation, I arrived at this place specializing in miso ramen. It's a bit difficult to park in front of the store, but if you park at a nearby parking lot, they will give you a 100 yen refund or a complimentary small rice. The thick soup is rich and satisfying. I want to eat it again. The young owner's customer service is refreshing, making me want to come back again.

Sapporo City, Higashi Ward, Ramen Ichiru Counter in Shiraito Ward is almost the same as Marutomo Ramen and Tonkotsu Hanamichi before. Miso ramen x2 with extra noodles with one ramen line registration. Topping of boiled egg x1. The soup is rich and hot, which is delightful. I like the crunchy texture of the chopped wood ear mushrooms. The long and thick chashu is soft and melts in your mouth, with good fat content. The stir-fried bean sprouts and other vegetables are cooked well and crunchy. There is plenty of ground meat in it, very tasty. The yellow curly noodles are firm and go well with this soup. With extra noodles, I am full. It's a good ramen shop. Thank you for the meal. Thank you very much. - Parking: Two spaces in front of the store - 4-2-1 Hontori, Higashi Ward, Sapporo City, Hokkaido

[Menu] Spicy Miso Tsukemen [Review/Features] This was my third visit. It has been a while since they opened. I was hoping that the tsukemen, which I found mediocre the first time, would have improved, but unfortunately, my opinion remains the same. The dipping soup was also just okay. It seemed like the water used to boil the noodles? I don't think that can be considered dipping soup. This place is definitely more suited for ramen. The restaurant was too warm, and it didn't put me in the mood for ramen. Maybe it would taste better in the winter?

I had miso ramen. Perhaps this place is even better than the heyday of Shirakaba Sanso. The rich miso soup is flavorful and deep in taste. It's a bit salty, but it goes well with the noodles and vegetables. The medium-thick curly noodles are firm and delicious. The thick chashu pork is incredibly tender and tasty. The stir-fried bean sprouts, onions, and minced meat are also delicious. The rich soup is packed with ingredients like wood ear mushrooms, boiled egg, seaweed, and green onions. The friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere add to the experience. There are still remnants of the previous Tonkotsu Hanamichi, but it adds to the charm.

A new restaurant called Shikakuyamaso, which is a successor to the former Buta no Hanamichi and Marutomo Ramen, has opened. The taste has been faithfully inherited and is delicious as expected. Unfortunately, due to the current situation, the all-you-can-eat boiled eggs that were a tradition at Shikakuyamaso are not available, but the ramen is generously topped with thick slices of chashu, half a boiled egg, bean sprouts, and an interesting touch of shredded wood ear mushrooms. The miso ramen is priced at 980 yen (as of August 7, 2023) and is delicious, so I hope they continue to do well.

Menu: Spicy Miso Ramen (Large Serving) Impressions/Features: This was my second visit. It has a Sapporo miso flavor! The spiciness is moderate, enhancing the richness of the miso nicely. It pairs well with the seasoned egg noodles. The ramen is packed with ingredients, very filling, and the chashu is tender and delicious. When I go to this restaurant, ramen is the only choice. There are three fans in the store, but none of them are working. Are they broken? It's tough to endure this heat without air conditioning or fans. It's a shame because the ramen is delicious.

First visit to a miso ramen specialty shop. Open from 11:00, with parking for two cars. There is also a service for bringing a parking ticket. They offer: - Ultimate miso ramen 980 yen - Spicy miso ramen 1,080 yen - Miso chashu ramen 1,280 yen - Spicy miso chashu ramen 1,380 yen - Extra large serving 100 yen They also have tsukemen: - Miso tsukemen 980 yen - Spicy miso tsukemen 1,080 yen - Extra large serving 100 yen - Super large serving 360 yen Toppings and rice are available. I ordered the miso ramen and it was served quickly. The melt-in-your-mouth chashu was delicious. The classic combination of bean sprouts, onions, and ground meat added great flavor. The texture of the wood ear mushrooms was also good. The soup had a rich and creamy taste. The medium-thick, slightly curly noodles were firm, but the portion was on the smaller side. The young owner was friendly. Ramen has entered the era of being priced at 1,000 yen. (August 2023)

Miso Ramen (980 yen) Hello. Among the three flavors, I'm not very proactive when it comes to eating miso. I'm not quite sure why, but let's just say it's because the taste of the soup and noodles gets lost in the miso, making it hard to distinguish. But it's not that I dislike it. The lard sautéed with bean sprouts, onions, and ground meat covers the thick miso soup nicely. It goes well with the yellow, chewy noodles. The chopped wood ear mushrooms and melt-in-your-mouth chashu are a nice touch. Sometimes, this kind of wild miso ramen is good. The scallop cooked rice is tempting, but a bit pricey. Maybe next time I'll try the tsukemen. Thank you for the meal.

I visited the new restaurant that opened on August 4th, known for specializing in miso ramen. I ordered the classic miso chashu ramen and it did not disappoint. Despite being a bit crowded, the service was surprisingly fast, with the food arriving within 10 minutes of ordering. The soup had the authentic taste of Sapporo ramen and was delicious. I found out that the chef had trained for 8 years at ShiraKaba Sanso, which explained the high quality of the ramen. I could see myself craving this ramen every day, even though I don't usually eat miso ramen. I really enjoyed my visit and I will definitely be back again!

It was a visit on the opening day in the scorching heat. Unfortunately, this shop does not have air conditioning. This environment is hell for me. The only relief was that there was no line. The owner of this shop gained experience at the Shirokaba Sansou. However, maybe due to a shortage of eggs, they do not have boiled eggs. This is a miso ramen specialty shop. I am a miso ramen fan, so I chose the miso ramen for 980 yen. The soup is thick and not very sweet, but it is delicious. The noodles are yellow curly noodles, which I like, and they go well with the soup. While eating, I noticed the scallop cooked rice for 550 yen. I couldn't resist ordering it. The scallop and butter flavor in the cooked rice is very delicious. If it had a bit more salt, I could eat this alone. Putting this on a spoon and dipping it in the soup is amazing. It's definitely a repeat order. I will come back when it gets a bit cooler.

[Menu] Spicy Miso Tsukemen [Review & Features] Trying out a new place. The owner trained for 8 years at Shirakaba Sanso before opening this shop. The regular size portion looked small due to the large bowl, which was a bit disappointing. The presentation was not as neat as other tsukemen places. The dipping sauce was like miso ramen soup but slightly thicker. Overall, the tsukemen lacked impact. The extra soup felt like just noodle water, lacking in flavor. I feel like they need to work on the design of their tsukemen. On the other hand, I think their ramen might be tasty. The bowl next to me looked delicious. I might try their ramen next time.
