In the Minamisato area of Shiraishi-ku, I was able to make a same-day reservation. The restaurant was bustling with children and elderly people, probably locals. The chef and the hostess were both friendly. While the variety of snacks and drinks wasn't extensive, there were many different sushi courses available at affordable prices. The atmosphere was cozy and it's a great place to stop by casually. Thank you for the meal!

One day, I became a dinner refugee and around 7:00 pm, I ended up here. The parking lot is located to the right at the back. There is a counter and a raised seating area, so I chose the raised seating area. There are partitions between the seats facing each other. What? It's cheap, isn't it? The most expensive sushi, the "Sushi" set, was only 2255 yen. It includes sea urchin and abalone. It was delicious~♡ The sushi was slightly chewy, but I was very hungry so I enjoyed it very much. The price was the most impressive part. Later, I noticed the "Dai-Gyo" set for 2805 yen on the menu. If you want to eat a lot or share, the "Dai-Gyo" set might be good too!! When I got back, I was surprised to see that there were only 2 reviews. I didn't know about this place, so I'm sorry I don't have many photos. It's from about 10 years ago, but the walls were filled with signatures of Fighters and Giants players. In recent years, there were also signatures of comedians from Sapporo (Nishikoi, Hasegawa). The rice was slightly firm with a good balance of vinegar, and the sushi varied slightly in quality but overall tasted delicious. The red tuna was fresh and had a good texture, while the squid was surprisingly thick yet easy to chew. The octopus had a chewy texture and a mild flavor. The mackerel had a soft acidity and rounded taste. The homemade egg was subtly sweet and well-prepared. The miso soup was light. The restaurant had a counter with 10 seats, two small raised tables for 4 people each, and a second floor for private parties. Despite being a smoking-friendly establishment, the atmosphere was comfortable and not boring. The menu is displayed on the wall behind the counter, making it hard to decide due to the many options. The service is quick and efficient, with delicious sushi served promptly. The red tuna and flounder are fresh and firm, while the red clam and scallop have a chewy texture. The ikura and tobiko are bursting with flavor, and the salmon and sweet shrimp are moist and flavorful. The squid and crab are also excellent, with the squid having a strong texture and the crab easily breaking apart in the mouth.
