A group of 7 people had a meetup at this restaurant for the first round. I started from St. John's Wood. The restaurant has an open counter seating area as its main feature, but for group reservations, the focus is on the private rooms in the back. The 4000 yen course includes a sashimi platter with 3 types of fresh fish, a spring chrysanthemum BOM salad, a platter of 3 types of vacuum low-temperature cooked meats and grilled vegetables, 2 types of pork-wrapped vegetable skewers, beef tendon and tofu, scallop and seasonal vegetable tempura, and seared wagyu beef sushi. The course also includes a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option with classic draft beer, 10 types of local sake, sparkling wine, red and white wine, shochu highball, cocktails, soft drinks, and more. The sashimi was average, the spring chrysanthemum salad was interesting with the dressing included. The meat platter seemed good quality but lacked a bit of impact. The pork wraps were similar. The beef tendon and tofu, as well as the tempura, were mediocre. The wagyu beef sushi, while tasty, could have had a better presentation and finishing. It seemed a bit overcooked. The variety of drinks was extensive, and the service and operation were good. Overall, considering the price, it was a satisfactory performance. It could be a good option for casual group gatherings.
