The interior and dishes of the restaurant are stylish and perfect for special occasions! The dishes made with local ingredients and the accompanying sauces were delicious. However, it was disappointing that they didn't confirm if we wanted more bread. My companion finished all the bread with the first soup, so when the staff asked, "Would you like more bread?" I had already finished mine with the first fish dish. They didn't ask when clearing the plate or serving the main meat dish. I wanted to enjoy the next meat dish's sauce with the bread. The timing to eat the bread with the dish varies for each person, so it would be nice to have more attentive service, like asking each person at least once.

I heard that the hotel chef opened his own restaurant, so I made a reservation to celebrate my friend's birthday! The lunch menu ranged from 2000 yen to 6000 yen, and we ordered the 6000 yen course. The interior of the restaurant was stylish, with white as the main color and partitions creating a calm atmosphere. The appetizer was salmon mousse on rusk, followed by a salad with octopus and mushrooms, pumpkin soup, white fish meuniere, beef steak, bread, and two desserts. Everything was delicately seasoned and the portions were a bit small, so it might be more suitable for women. The restaurant was full of female customers. It was a bit disappointing that coffee and other drinks were not included in the course. Also, when I called to make the reservation, I asked if they could put a candle on the dessert for my partner's birthday, and they agreed, but unfortunately, it was not included.

I was taken to this restaurant by my boss for the first time, and the atmosphere and taste were both wonderful‼︎
