By the way, the dining area at the pachinko parlor in Kagura has closed. It was cheap and I liked it. However, it seems that a new restaurant opened in March. There are several pachinko parlors in the city, and this one has a dining area attached to it. Interestingly, dining areas at pachinko parlors often have cheap and delicious food. It's located on the left as soon as you enter. You don't have to enter the pachinko parlor to access it, which is convenient. The entrance and exit seem to have been consolidated to this location. The menu is based on food tickets, so you decide what to order based on the menu posted. It can be a bit awkward if you hesitate after entering. The restaurant is open until 4:00 PM. Interestingly, this place is run by the same owner as the "Tonhachi Ramen and Hormone Restaurant" located in the city center. They mentioned that the city center doesn't attract much business during the day, so they currently only operate at night. Therefore, they operate here during the day. The soy sauce ramen costs 850 yen and a small bowl of rice costs 150 yen. The specialty here seems to be the "Black Zangi." I opted for the soy sauce ramen this time. The small bowl of rice came with two pieces of pickled vegetables on top. The toppings included bamboo shoots, chashu pork, wood ear mushrooms, quail eggs, and green onions. The toppings were quite generous. The soup was slightly sweet, with a significant amount of lard giving it a rich flavor. The soy sauce flavor was mild and very tasty. It had a sweet soy sauce taste, smooth and easy to eat. The noodles were slightly thick, with a moderate curl. They were firm and paired well with the soup. The curls helped the noodles cling to the soup, making it delicious. The owner mentioned that the ramen here is almost the same as Tonhachi's. If you're looking for a ramen place for a late-night meal in the city, maybe I'll try Tonhachi next time. Overall, it was undeniably delicious. The slightly sweet soup and the sweetness of the rice. It's impossible not to enjoy this combination. I went back for a third serving! The soy sauce flavor wasn't overpowering, and the soup had a good dashi base. Probably a tonkotsu soy sauce flavor... It was delicious. There might be a little bit of science behind it, but I found a taste that I really like after a while. I'll definitely go back to try it again. Thank you for the meal.

Hmm...? I'll take another look around just to make sure! The name of the restaurant has changed...? I think it used to be "Tenshou" before... It's lunchtime and I'm in the mood for ramen... But what if it's a type of ramen I don't like? Oh no... Feeling a bit unsure, I enter the restaurant! Even though I'm not a big fan of these types of amusement places... I've been here once before so it should be fine (*^^)v It's a ticket machine ( ˙꒳˙ ) Since there are no other customers, I take my time to check the menu! I feel a gaze behind me... The staff seem friendly... ♪*゚I order the "Shoyu Ramen"♬ I feel a bit dizzy thinking about getting the mini curry... but if it were fried rice, I'd definitely order it... haha Soon after, the ramen arrives on a tray♬ I feel relieved seeing the safe-looking ramen♬ It's quite hot, but not too much, and it tastes decent♬ The wood ear mushrooms and quail egg... they're okay to have or not to have... within an acceptable range (*^^)v The chashu pork is fine without any off-putting smell♬ The noodles are from Sapporo's Sagamiya... quite tasty... but it would have been better if they were from the previous Sudo Seimen... (;-ω-.。oஇ It's managed by Tonhachi✩.*˚ When a customer who came after me chose miso, the staff asked about the spiciness level... you can choose it, huh... (*˙꒫˙* ) I overheard that for medium spiciness, they add about a teaspoon, for high spiciness, they add 5 teaspoons! And for extra spicy, they add a special super spicy one that's even hotter than habanero... all for the same price! Next time, I'll challenge the super spicy with the master of spiciness, Banchou♬ Thanks for the meal (*´∀`)♪

"I decided to visit the dining area of a pachinko parlor that had recently changed. As someone who doesn't play pachinko at all, just approaching the establishment was a bit of a challenge. Upon opening the large entrance, I was greeted by the smell of tobacco and the sound of jingling coins, but there was a smaller entrance that made it surprisingly easy to enter. I purchased a meal ticket as soon as I entered. In unfamiliar places, it's always a good idea to choose items with the restaurant's name in the title, so I ordered the popular dish 'Namara Kuro Zangi Don' for 850 yen. In just a few minutes, my order was ready and I picked it up from the counter. The presentation was impressive, with teriyaki chicken and a hot spring egg as the main toppings. I tried the secret sauce and it was delicious! The sweet and savory flavor with sesame seeds was a hit. The crispy exterior soaked in the sauce, and the tender chicken inside paired perfectly with the egg. I couldn't help but devour it all. The miso soup was a bit thin, but overall, it was satisfying. My companion ordered the 'Spicy Miso Ramen' for 900 yen, which was also tasty, but could have used a bit more richness. It seems like soy sauce ramen is the recommended choice here!"

Today I went out for work. I had lunch at a restaurant. Now, where should I go... Let's explore this Kagurazaka area. Rotating sushi or ramen... Yes, yes, I remember that my favorite place, Tenemoe, closed down and a new ramen shop opened there. Let's go there! I don't play pachinko, but I parked my car in the pachinko parlor parking lot. The shop opens at 11:30 am. I entered as soon as it opened. The ticket machine is the same as when it was Tenemoe's. The recommended dish is soy sauce ramen. I added extra chashu because I have some extra money! Total cost is 1100 yen. I sat at the counter seat. The interior of the shop is clean. The kitchen has two people, who seem to be the manager and a young man. More customers came in after me. Some people ordered Zangi curry, so maybe this is not just a ramen shop? The shop name is "Meshiya Namara" after all... Maybe it's not just a ramen specialty shop. The ramen arrived. The toppings are fun. A quail egg! I've seen it in a Chinese bowl before, but this might be the first time in ramen. My favorite wood ear mushrooms. The texture is good. The green onions are modest. The chashu is mainly red meat with four slices. Yeah. Red meat chashu is my personal favorite. And I like it to have some chewiness. First, the soup. Yeah. Delicious. Pork bone base. The soy sauce soup is close to the classic taste of Asahikawa Ramen. I like it. Next, the noodles. It's Asahikawa noodles, but the smoothness of the surface is different from other shops. The chashu has a moderate thickness, and the chewiness of the meat is very good. The seasoning is just right, not conflicting with the ramen soup's taste. The amount of noodles feels slightly more than other shops. I got quite full. Water is self-serve. Next to the entrance ticket machine. Paper cups. If possible, I would be happy if there was another container for water at the back of the shop. I drink a lot of water when eating ramen. Overall, delicious ramen. Next time, I want to try Zangi curry or spicy miso ramen where you can set the level of spiciness. Thank you for the meal!

Kagura 5-jo 9-chome 2-2-7, Meshiya Namara (Inside Palart Toa Kagura) opened on March 1st, Reiwa 5‼️ It's a lunch spot started by the master of Tonhachi, a ramen and authentic Japanese cuisine restaurant✨ The soy sauce ramen costs 850 yen and they also have a new menu item starting today, black fried chicken (they gave me one piece as a service) for 300 yen. The soy sauce ramen has a rich flavor with pork bone and chicken broth, and it was very delicious. It comes with green onions, wood ear mushrooms, bamboo shoots, chashu pork, and a quail egg. The black fried chicken is coated in a garlic sweet and savory sauce, which was really good.

Asahikawa Sanroku-machi's "Ramen and Hormone Restaurant Tonhachi" Master Yomocha has started a lunch cafeteria. The location is inside the pachinko parlor "Parlor Toei Kagura Store" in Kagura, Asahikawa City. Even though it's inside a pachinko parlor, you can use it just for meals without entering the pachinko parlor. As soon as you enter, you will see the entrance to this place. You can buy a meal ticket at the ticket machine, place your order, and they will bring it to your table when it's ready. After finishing your meal, you will need to return the dishes to the return slot yourself. Despite being in a pachinko parlor, the taste is different from the usual pachinko parlor cafeterias, as the master from Sanroku-machi runs the place. I ordered the "Shoyu Ramen" (850 yen) and "Negi Meshi" (250 yen). It took about 6-7 minutes for the dishes to arrive. The Shoyu Ramen has a pork bone flavor in the soup. The master mentioned that it is made with 90% tonkotsu and 10% chicken. The noodles are from Sapporo's "Sagamiya Seimen," and they are not too thick, perhaps customized for Asahikawa style. It comes with two slices of shoulder loin chashu, seasoned menma, wood ear mushrooms, and a quail egg. Quite good, isn't it? The Negi Meshi consists of rice topped with "negi" (green onions) and "okaka" (bonito flakes) with a little soy sauce drizzled over it. It's simple but goes well as a side dish for the ramen. The rice costs 200 yen, and the small rice costs 150 yen, so you can add a little extra to enjoy this dish. There used to be a cafeteria in this place, but it closed last fall. It has become convenient for pachinko players, and even for those who don't play, it's nice to use it just for meals. The master mentioned that new menu items will be introduced soon. He seems to update frequently on Instagram, so there may be announcements there.
