Located in a slightly secluded area off a busy street, you can find Hanasho, a charcoal-grilled yakiniku restaurant. One unique feature is the water stove system, where you can add water underneath the grill to control the heat, preventing flare-ups while cooking fattier cuts of meat. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but the hormone cuts are particularly delicious. The sauces, a salt-based one and a miso-like one, both have a nice thickness and texture. The meat slices are thin, with the lean cuts being a bit dry if overcooked. I tried the Akami 3-point combo, which included Karubi, Zabuton, and Shinshin wagyu, all likely imported. I also ordered the Upper Guts and Maruchou, both of which were flavorful and satisfying. The service was attentive, and the staff provided a comfortable dining experience.

The polite customer service is top-notch, likely due to the same group's restaurant training. The semi-private seats with space above are a bit cramped for shorter legs, but it's not a big deal. The "Hana Sho 90-minute all-you-can-eat course for ¥3278" is quite a steal for the service provided. Even with adding a drink all-you-can option, the price stays under 5000 yen, making it a casual spot to drop by. It might get crowded soon, making it hard to get a seat. The atmosphere is too comfortable. You can choose a different time setting for the all-you-can-drink option, so it's best to drink first before eating, as the service is quick and you'll feel full in no time. Not just the meat, but the side dishes are also satisfying and filling beyond the all-you-can-eat concept. The kimchi and pickled vegetables are great, and you can even customize your stone pot bibimbap. It's a bit overwhelming, but using T-points on Tabelog makes it a great deal for delicious yakiniku. Thank you for the meal.

I went to have lunch with my family. It was a lunch buffet. There were options for elementary school children at 1,280 yen and 980 yen, but my daughter wanted to try various dishes so we chose the slightly more expensive one. I was worried about the quality of the meat because of the low price. However, after trying it, I was relieved to find that the meat was good. Even though it was 35℃ outside, I questioned my choice of having barbecue, but the air conditioning was just right and the meat quality was good, so I ended up eating too much. I will definitely visit again when it gets colder.
