It's surprising that this restaurant has been open for over 6 years but no one has left a comment. I wonder why? Maybe it's because it's located in the suburbs, or perhaps the budget doesn't match. Anyway, good evening! The parking lot is located on the east side of the building, next to the bicycle shop, and can accommodate about 8 cars. There are 12 seats at the counter, a spacious raised seating area, and table seating. When you sit at the counter, they immediately ask what drink you want, so I ordered a 280 yen oolong tea without even looking at the menu. The recommended "beef miso hormone hot pot" for 890 yen has a little bit of alcohol at the bottom of the pot, and it is slowly simmered over low heat. Eventually, the moisture from the vegetables melts into a soup. The vegetables also absorb the miso flavor, resulting in a delicious hormone hot pot. The sweet miso flavor is delicious, and it definitely makes you want rice. It will surely go well with alcohol. The "Tonight is Cutlet!!" for 520 yen looks like miso cutlet at first glance, with a thick coating and a slightly unusual taste. I was curious, so I disassembled it. Inside the thick coating, there was a thin layer of pork belly like a mille-feuille? No, it's different! There seems to be chives inside, and upon closer inspection, it appears to be a mixture of gyoza filling fried like a cutlet. There's no mention of tonkatsu anywhere. The sauce is a mix of miso and another sauce. The back side without sauce is completely blackened. This is definitely a failed attempt. Despite it being the end of the year, the restaurant was almost full, and the banter between the staff and regular customers was entertaining. It's strange that it's so popular locally, yet there are no reviews online.
