I heard it was delicious so I made a reservation. When I asked the staff which one is the best, they said the white intestine miso hot pot was the best by far, so I chose the white intestine hot pot miso. The soup had a strong garlic flavor, but I love garlic so I enjoyed the soup. The amount of intestine was quite small. When I ordered additional intestine, I thought they would bring it raw, but they brought it already cooked and added it to the pot, so when I ordered ramen as the last dish, the soup became quite thick. I think the restaurant is trying to make sure that the soup doesn't become too diluted even with additional ingredients, but it was quite strong, so I would prefer if they brought the additional intestine raw. The mentaiko omelette was delicious. Next time, I want to try the spicy miso. The customers at the table behind us were a bit loud and it was hard to hear our conversation. The seating is like a typical izakaya.

Visited as a long-awaited trip. The restaurant was almost full when I arrived. They have a wide variety of Hakata specialties. The miso-flavored motsunabe was very satisfying. The champon as a finishing dish paired well with miso. Although I didn't take any photos, I ordered a bite-sized gyoza and vinegar motsu, among other dishes. The highlight was definitely the Umegashira mochi on the menu. I would love to visit again.

I tried motsunabe for the first time and it was delicious with a nice texture! The burdock chips were tasty! The mentaiko tamagoyaki (rolled omelette with spicy cod roe) was also delicious! The ramen for the end was amazing!

It suddenly got cold, and it's the season for motsunabe (offal hot pot). You can choose the broth, and we had soy sauce broth motsunabe with fried chicken, shirasu salad, leek dumplings. It warmed us up.

The pickled ginger served as an appetizer is also tasty. The variety of flavors in the hot pot makes it a place you can visit again and again.

I went out with a friend based on their recommendation. I ordered a single item, but the kashiwa onigiri felt small and more geared towards women. The prices for beer and alcohol were on the higher side, and it felt like they were trying to push the all-you-can-drink option. The motsu, cabbage, and burdock were delicious though. However, I'm not sure about the seating fee. The pickled ginger they served as a starter was not convincing.
