Sushi restaurant in Toyooka, Asahikawa City. It seems to be often used for banquets and celebrations. They don't seem to serve lunch now, so I visited in the evening. They open at 4 pm and when I arrived around 6 pm, some customers had already finished their meals and there were still many people, indicating its popularity. When it comes to drinking, there are many appetizers, but for meals, the sushi and tempura set seems to be popular. I ordered the "Sushi Tempura Set (upper)" for 2,100 yen and a "Premium Alcohol-Free" drink for 450 yen. The set includes tuna, flounder, scallop, sea bream, mackerel, sweet shrimp, flying fish roe, and salmon roe sushi. The tempura consisted of shrimp, mushrooms, pumpkin, green pepper, eggplant, and maybe tempura-fried tofu. The tempura was crispy but the batter was slightly thick. The grapefruit jelly dessert was quite delicious. From 9 pm to 11 pm, there is a special set offer for sushi and tempura for 1,600 yen. Overall, if the set I ordered was around 1,600 yen, I would be satisfied. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly, especially the male server who provided excellent service.

The Tekka Maki had fatty tuna in it and was so voluminous and tasty. The Hosomaki and Tempura set, as well as the Nasu Dengaku, were also delicious. I ordered a lot of dishes. This is actually my second time here. The first time I went, the food was delicious, so I came back here again. You can't go wrong with anything you order, it's all delicious. The sushi rolls have tasty rice. The rice is very important. The appetizers are also luxurious and delicious, no complaints. I went to a restaurant aiming for a lunch and great deal set from 9 pm. The individual items were a bit pricey, but the sushi and tempura set with grapefruit for dessert turned out to be a great deal. The grapefruit was actually grapefruit jelly, similar to the fruit jelly from Chihana. It was delicious! The portion was larger than it looked in the photos, and I was impressed. The tempura was crispy too.
