Visit date May 4, 2022 For lunch on this day, I visited Seed Dog. I arrived around 2:30 p.m. There was one group of customers before me, and no customers after me. I ordered: - Meat Cutlet 800 yen - Curry Rice 680 yen - Coffee 400 yen → 200 yen - Lemon Squash 500 yen The drinks were served in about 10 minutes, and the food in about 20 minutes. The Meat Cutlet pasta was thin. It had just the right firmness with a slight core. The meat sauce seemed like it was from a commercial source, but it mixed well with the pasta. The cutlet had a good thickness and the meat itself was tasty, but it seemed a bit over-fried, making the meat a bit tough. The Curry Rice was a very homey beef curry. It had about two large chunks of meat in it. It was slightly spicy. Probably homemade by the owner. It was quite delicious with a flavor that suited my taste. The rice was cooked perfectly, and the balance between the curry and rice was just right, making it a perfect curry for lunch. The Coffee had a prominent acidity. When ordered with a meal, it costs 200 yen. The Lemon Squash had lemon pulp floating in it. I'm not sure if they added lemon to a commercial product or squeezed lemon into carbonated water, but it had a nice "fresh" feel to it, which was great. Both the Meat Cutlet and Curry Rice came with a side salad and soup. The interior of the restaurant had a bit of an aged look, but the friendly and cheerful owner made it a comfortable place to be in. Thank you for the meal.

Lunch on August 5th, 2021 (Thursday). I found a place near my workplace where I could eat for the first time. A woman in her 60s is running the place by herself. The counter seats are old-fashioned, and there are two table seats in the back. The floor pattern is completely from the Showa era. Hmm, it has a nostalgic feel♪(´∀`) "The table seats in the back are nice and cool," said the woman. I sat down there as she suggested. - Meat cutlet (with salad and soup) - 800 yen - Iced coffee (200 yen with the meal) After a while, the food was served. It wasn't sizzling on a hot plate. It was just served on a plate. The meat sauce tasted like it came from a can, haha, but the current ones are tasty, so it's not a problem♪ The cutlet was properly fried in the kitchen. The pork was probably from the supermarket, but it was tasty. Well, it's a simple light meal cafe, so it would be harsh to expect gourmet flavors... I don't really like this kind of expression, but the meat cutlet was "simply delicious." (^ ^)
