When it gets hot, my symptoms worsen, as I have a designated rare disease by the government. There is no cure for my rare disease yet, but I temporarily improve my symptoms by receiving "blood products" continuously for 5 days. I was hospitalized 5 times last year for rare disease treatment purposes. I was admitted for the second time this year on April 4th but was discharged 36 days ago. However, my condition is deteriorating again, and I am approaching my third hospitalization this year. Your supportive comments are always a source of encouragement for me during my hospital stays. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Moving forward, I plan to focus on reviewing past content that has not been reviewed yet. I will limit new visits based on my health condition. While shopping at "Mega Don Quijote Sapporo Shinkawa Store," I felt hungry and searched for a nearby restaurant on Tabelog. I found a dining hall within the same premises called "Mikawa Men Donka Sapporo Shinkawa Store." This store is located in the same area as "Mega Don Quijote Sapporo Shinkawa Store." It was my first time visiting as a food blogger. I visited with my usual companion for lunch. The store is located near Shinkawa Street in Sapporo's Kita Ward, within the premises of "Gachapon Sapporo Shinkawa Store." The kind elderly lady helped us find the location of "Mikawa Men Donka" when we were wandering around. The interior of the store has an L-shaped counter. There were four customers in front of us and three customers behind us. The weekday lunch specials include two options: the "Daily Lunch Special for 600 yen" and the "Mini Pork Bowl Lunch for 700 yen." I chose the "Mini Pork Bowl Lunch for 700 yen" from the ticket machine. While waiting, I could smell the delicious aroma of pork being grilled. After a 9-minute wait, the "Weekday Lunch Special" arrived. The "Weekday Lunch Special - Mini Pork Bowl Set" includes a mini pork bowl with Obihiro-style pork, which was surprisingly delicious. The rice can be served in a large portion, and it also comes with warm soba noodles in a kakesoba style with green onions and red and white kamaboko. The soba noodles are thin and the soba broth is quite flavorful. Tempura bits are served on the side. The price is 700 yen (tax included). The "Weekday Lunch Special - Mini Pork Bowl Set" is a good lunch set for 700 yen. The quality of the pork in the "Mini Pork Bowl" was good. If I were to rate the soba noodles alone, it would be around 3.3-3.4 stars. However, as part of the lunch set with the "Mini Pork Bowl," I would rate it 3.6 stars. I wonder which lunch menu I should try next time. It was a delicious meal. Thank you.

I read a review from someone and went to see the place. It was a shop located within a pachinko parlor, run by a brother and sister team. Customers who finished eating would go back to playing pachinko, and even those who came to eat entered from inside the pachinko parlor. I didn't see anyone like me who came directly from outside to eat. Regular customers would raise their hands and come in. When the door to the pachinko parlor opened, the noise of pachinko was quite loud, a sound I hadn't heard in a long time.
Pork cutlet bowl: The sound of reheating was heard and the pork cutlet bowl appeared. In my case, as long as it tastes good, anything is okay. It's like a homemade pork cutlet bowl. I like this too. The bowl was hot, and the flavors of the toppings (pork cutlet, scrambled egg, onion, etc.) were a bit too strong, slightly salty, and the rice was partially hot! Well, freshly fried, freshly cooked, freshly made is delicious, right? There are various things, but it's probably inevitable because of the shop's setup (is the speed of service important?). Both of them were cheerful and pleasant. Thank you for the meal.

Located along the Satsugai Michi no Kawa Interchange, this place has a spacious parking lot and a variety of facilities lined up. It seems to be popular among general customers, possibly due to the wide range of food options available, in addition to the price range. Personally, I was impressed by the bright lights upon entering. It's always nice to have a hot bowl of soba, especially when it's well-prepared. The soba noodles were cooked perfectly and served in a steaming hot broth. The thinly sliced green onions added a nice aroma to the dish. The thin slices of fish cake were also a nice touch. You can also add some tempura flakes for extra flavor (although I preferred it without). It seems that their delivery service is quite popular, but they also cater to the customers spending time in the game center. The key to their delicious food seems to be following a strict cooking process. Overall, it was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

On a certain weekday, I visited a cafeteria located inside a pachinko parlor in Kitaku Shinkawa for lunch. The parking lot is shared with Don Quijote and the pachinko parlor, so there is plenty of space to park. The cafeteria is located on the south side of the pachinko parlor, with a long L-shaped counter. The background music playing is something like Vocaloid. From the menu that day, I chose the "daily special (600 yen)" which was an "ankake rice lunch" from the ticket vending machine. The staff cooked without using a microwave, which was impressive. The ankake rice, with a decent amount of saltiness, umami flavor, and sesame oil aroma, was quite delicious. It was cooked in a frying pan, which made it different from the usual microwave-heated rice dishes. The ingredients included cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, onions, pork, red and white kamaboko, and small squid, which added to the convincing taste. The rice was firm, but it paired well with the ankake sauce. I finished the meal by drinking the miso soup with green onions, tofu, and seaweed. Overall, the dish cooked in a frying pan turned out quite good. Thank you for the meal.

Before getting on the highway, I wanted to use the restroom. Since it wouldn't be nice to just leave, and I was also feeling hungry, I ordered a katsudon. Surprisingly, they offer a free upgrade to a large portion of rice here. I went with the regular size, but it was still quite a generous portion. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I love the ramen here! The other menu items are also delicious! I love ramen, but my wife doesn't like it much, so having a wide variety of menu options is a big advantage!

The food is delicious no matter what you order. My favorite is the spicy miso ramen. They are very considerate towards children! I was really surprised when they brought rice, furikake, and edamame as a service for my child even though we didn't order anything for them! The fact that they also gave candy to my child on the way out was wonderful! It's connected to a pachinko parlor, so I thought I couldn't go with my child, but it's fine as long as you don't enter the pachinko parlor. The only downside is that if my child needs to use the restroom, we can't use the pachinko parlor's restroom and have to go to Don Quijote instead.

I went to Megadonki to buy supplies, but as soon as I stepped outside, it started pouring rain! It's a bit early, but let's wait for the rain to stop around lunchtime. If we go to the gachapon, we can borrow an umbrella. Fun fact: In pachinko parlors, you can take a break to eat during gameplay, usually for about 40 minutes. If you don't return to your seat within the specified time, you can't continue using it. That's why players prefer quick meals that are ready fast so they can eat quickly and get back to playing. Taste is not a priority, just filling up quickly. Some pachinko parlors have improved to cater to nearby residents who just want to eat, like Sanawa Men Don-ya. I ordered the salt ramen set: Despite the hot weather, I don't know why I chose ramen, but the refreshing salt ramen came with fried white leeks, 2 slices of chashu, seaweed, menma, and green onions. The set also included rice, spring rolls, fried chicken, simmered hijiki, and dried daikon radish. The taste was average, but the service was quick. Just buy your meal ticket at the entrance and wait at your table. Bring earplugs in case it gets noisy (laughs).

Today, I went to a pachinko gachapon place along Shinagawa Street for the first time in a while. It was past 1 o'clock, so I decided to stop by Ramenya Mikawa for lunch. There were only four customers at the pachinko place, maybe because it was still early. This restaurant offers various menu items besides ramen, but I love ramen, so I purchased a miso ramen from the ticket machine this time. The miso ramen arrived in about 5 minutes, and after taking a sip of the soup, I found it to be rich and flavorful, a real hit. The noodles were medium thickness, but I was a bit disappointed that there was no chashu (roast pork) included. Nowadays, having no chashu and only ground meat seems odd. I wondered if they forgot to add the chashu. Oh well, it was still good because the soup was so flavorful. Overall, it was a satisfying meal. However, due to the pachinko place nearby, families with children may not be able to visit this restaurant easily, even though there is an entrance at the front.

Recently, it seems that many pachinko parlors have casual dining options attached to them. I noticed this trend at a pachinko parlor in the parking lot of Ito Yokado on Shinkawa Street in Sapporo. The restaurant is called "Men-don-ya," which serves noodles and rice bowls. I visited this place on a Monday and found out that on Sundays and Mondays, all items are half price! Plus, you can get a free extra serving of rice! I purchased a ticket for the "Tonkotsu Ramen Set" from the vending machine. The regular price is 900 yen, so at half price, it's only 450 yen. The set includes tonkotsu ramen, two gyoza dumplings, one spring roll, kinpira gobou and tofu, and a large serving of rice. The tonkotsu ramen was a light, clear broth type with Sapporo-style noodles. It was easy to eat with no strong flavors. The gyoza and spring roll were crispy and well-fried. A customer sitting next to me, who seemed to have lost a lot at pachinko, ordered the kake udon, also at half price. It was a friendly deal for everyone on Sundays and Mondays.
