A lovely new bar opened so I decided to check it out in Chitose. They said they have a good selection of drinks. When I entered the bar, a very elegant and friendly woman welcomed me with a smile from behind the counter. Later, I found out she was the owner. The atmosphere inside was clean and had a calm and tasteful feel. The female owner was very charming with her refreshing and genuine customer service, free from the typical behaviors associated with women in the nightlife industry. In the kitchen, there was a male staff member in charge of cooking. I asked if they were a couple, but they clarified that they were just colleagues. The male staff member's cooking skills were quite impressive. Now, my belly is full so it's time to have a little drink. I tried a Mojito, which was refreshing with fresh mint and lime, perfect for my mood. I had a great time drinking and chatting, although I do regret the amount of alcohol I consumed. We decided to try the "Cork Challenge," a simple game where you have to stack five champagne corks to win. It was free to play, and if you succeeded, you would get a chocolate reward. I got really into it and after about 10 minutes, I managed to stack the corks successfully. It was so much fun. Thanks for the meal!
