This is the Refbon store in Tohkari. I stopped by while shopping and found the Edamame Rustic bread that was sold out in Nayoro before. I quickly bought the salt bread and Edamame Rustic bread. I love Edamame bread, so whenever I find it, I always buy it. This bread is of high quality. The crispy, fragrant crust with burnt cheese aroma is irresistible. The salt bread is a bit salty with a lot of butter. It is also a delicious bread that is perfect for drinking. Refbon is a chain store, but it offers quality that can compete with specialty stores. It's convenient to have one in town and it's an easy-to-use store.

I bought oysters in Wakkanai. Ms. Kami said, "Let's stop by the supermarket." "Now, what would you like to buy?" Are you planning to buy cheap Japanese sake? Our oyster sake steamed dish uses a surprisingly large amount of Japanese sake. I want the oysters to swim elegantly in the sake. Is that what you want to say? This is a bakery review. I found Le Verdon and decided to buy some bread. I saw bean bread, so I bought "bean bread and twisted donuts." When I got home, I tried the bean bread. Actually, Le Verdon is also in Abashiri, and I have eaten what Ms. Kami brought before. I didn't have a good impression, but this bean bread is delicious. The dough is delicious, fluffy and chewy. There are also plenty of beans in it, and I think it's delicious. Ms. Kami bought my favorite "twisted donuts," but what did this amazing-faced woman say? She called it "twisted bread." She is truly a "weird woman." When I tried it, this donut that I love so much wasn't very delicious. I just can't seem to like it. That's because of the powdered sugar. I prefer granulated sugar. Thank you, Pinky (sweat). Somehow, it seems that she also bought a "curry bread." Fried bread is delicious. The curry is average. I had never eaten a delicious curry bread before, so I finally had a delicious curry bread. I reevaluated Le Verdon.

There is a bakery inside the Coop Minami store. There used to be another bakery in town that I liked, but now they have shifted to mainly selling 100 yen bread and the quality has become average. So, I mainly go to the Coop Minami store's bakery now. The average price is 130-150 yen. The salt bread seems to be the most popular, but personally, I think the Royal Milk is the best. The custard-like texture on the top layer is amazing. There are about 20 different types available, so they have a wide variety of choices.

During my stay in Tohkari, I visited "Le Pain de Paris" located inside the Coop Sapporo Tohkari Minami store, a little away from the station. It looked just like the Le Pain de Paris in Sapporo city, with new products and freshly baked items available. I bought the "Extreme Delicious Sweet Curry" bread, a new product for August. The curry sauce was mildly spicy with some vegetable pieces. The crust had a crispy texture and wasn't too greasy. It's important to note that reheating it may make the crust soft. I also bought the "Mentai France" bread topped with mentaiko, butter (margarine), seaweed, and mayonnaise. Mentaiko's spiciness was minimal, but it had a salty flavor. The French bread was soft, so it may not be suitable for those who prefer a harder texture. However, I thought the soft French bread worked well with the mentaiko. Overall, it was delicious and safe choice. I also brought home the milk cream bread and chocolate bread, which tasted similar to those at my local Le Pain de Paris. It's impressive how they maintain such consistent quality.
