Due to poor health, I had to take a break from work for the third time, but I managed to make it back for the start of "Eating Too Much and Gaining Weight Theater Act 4". "Koumi Seaweed" is a specialty store for seaweed. They mainly use Wakame from Sanriku. It has a delicious taste that becomes addictive. They also sell seaweed products like "Shiso Hijiki" and "Gagome Konbichi Rimen," as well as seaweed sprinkles. There are many easy-to-eat processed seaweed products. They always offer samples, but this time there were no samples, perhaps due to the influence of the coronavirus. However, they still included a free gift, which is always appreciated. **Sashimi Wakame** Net weight: 200g Actual weight: 108g and 106g, totaling 214g (after removing the packaging). This frozen product from the Sanriku coast should be thawed naturally. It has a vibrant green color and a crunchy texture. It is best enjoyed with wasabi and soy sauce. It is a very healthy food with a great texture and taste. Price: 540 yen (tax included) **Service Sashimi Wakame** Since it is a thawed product, it can be eaten right away. Actual weight: 99g (after removing the packaging) Price: 270 yen worth This product is made with Wakame and kombu from Sanriku. The "Sashimi Wakame" is very crunchy and doesn't taste like seaweed at all. It is delicious and addictive. Wakame and kombu are good for the body. The free sample of "Sashimi Wakame" that they offer every time is a delightful bonus. This product is sold at the Chuo Ward Office store a few times a year. It is convenient to buy there, but unfortunately, this time my favorite "free sample" was not included. I love the "Sashimi Wakame" and will continue to buy it. It was delicious, thank you.

Next to the West Police Station, the sign for Osashimi Wakame stands out. We only buy seaweed here because it has such a good texture and taste. The kombu has a sticky texture like natto and the mountain wasabi adds a delicious kick! It's great on rice or as a dressing. The sohijiki can be mixed into rice for onigiri, fried rice, or inari sushi. The kenzan is perfect for salads or ramen, and the black nori has a strong seaweed flavor. And the best part is that you get a free serving of Osashimi Wakame when you make a purchase. You can freeze it, but it's so delicious with wasabi soy sauce or dressing that it disappears in no time.

For almost 4 years, I took a break from posting on Tabelog due to hospital visits, and during that time, there have been many system changes which have made the review process unclear. This is my second review, but I have been using this place several times a year recently. It's addictive, the taste is unique. "Koukaiso" is a specialty store for seaweed. They mainly use "Sanriku" wakame. They also sell seaweed products like "wakame," "funori," "hijiki," as well as seaweed furikake like "shisohijiki" and "gagomekonbichirimen." They have a variety of processed seaweed products that are easy to enjoy. Every time I visit the store, they offer samples. This time it was the summer limited edition "tsurutsuru wakame." It's made by surrounding wakame with noodles. The texture is amazing, especially when served cold with noodle soup or Japanese broth. It's very healthy and the taste is great. Price: 200g for 540 yen (tax included). "Osashimi wakame" is the store's signature product, made from frozen Sanriku coast wakame. It's best enjoyed after a light defrosting during the hot summer. The bright green color, crispy wakame, and wasabi with soy sauce make for a delicious and healthy dish. Price: 350g for 540 yen (tax included). Both products are made with Sanriku wakame and kombu. "Osashimi wakame" has a crunchy texture that doesn't feel like wakame at all. It's so delicious that it's become a habit. "Tsurutsuru wakame" is great with noodle soup or cold noodles. It's low in calories at 3kcal per 100g, making it a healthy option for dieting. It's a good side dish or a snack to have with your meal. Wakame and kombu are good for your health. The best part is the sample of "osashimi wakame" they give every time I visit. I always end up buying it from the Chuo Ward Office store a few times a year because of this. I would definitely buy "osashimi wakame" again next time. The "seaweed salad" (650 yen) is also delicious and convenient. Thank you for the tasty meal.

"In April 2015, 'Kohaiso' is a specialty seaweed shop that mainly uses 'Sanriku-produced' wakame. They also handle seaweed such as 'funori' and 'hijiki'. In addition, they sell seaweed sprinkles like 'shiso hijiki' and 'gagome konbichirimemen'. There are many processed seaweed products that are easy to enjoy. I visited for the first time with my usual companion. This shop is located in the Nishino area of Sapporo City, along Yamanote Street on the first floor of a building next to the Sapporo Nishi Police Station. For the exact location of the store, please check on Tabelog. I parked my car in the store's parking space. There was one customer in front of me and no customers behind me. As I entered the store, I was looking at the products. Then the staff kindly offered me two samples: 'osasimi wakame' and 'musubikonbu'. 'Osasimi wakame' was served as is, while 'musubikonbu' had a light seasoning. The seasoning was done by the store. Both of them tasted good. I looked at various products, but decided to buy these two items. ■ Osasimi Wakame - Signboard product of the store - Frozen product from Sanriku Coast - Thaw naturally before eating - Bright green color - Crunchy wakame - Enjoy with wasabi and soy sauce - Good texture and flavor, very healthy food - Price: 200g for 540 yen ■ Musubikonbu - Cute tied konbu - Good for boiling or in hot pots - Soft and delicious konbu - Price: 200g for 490 yen Both are made from Sanriku-produced wakame and konbu. 'Osasimi wakame' is very crunchy and has a texture that doesn't feel like wakame. It's a delicious wakame that becomes addictive. 'Musubikonbu' is soft and tasty, and can be a nice touch to dishes. Wakame and konbu are good for the body. They are delicious and healthy foods. I would like to buy 'Osasimi Wakame' again next time. It was delicious, thank you for the meal."
