Welcome! ┌¬o* * * 2013.09 ↓When you get off at Misono station in Toyohira-ku, you'll see the outside signboard but no restaurant! Wandering around the corner, you'll find a slightly hidden building here. |o| °д°)ノWelcome to the Galalala Master, where you'll be greeted and shown to your preferred seat, including a raised seating area! Next to you, there's a couple enjoying yakiniku for the meat day, with the shichirin grill ready and some edamame as a starter, sprinkled with just the right amount of salt! You might have to pay a bit for this. The yakiniku sauce, made with grated onion, has a mild flavor that complements the rice. Now, with a Jin High in hand, it's time to grill! The amount of meat for each serving was a bit vague at times, and not always the expected meat, but later on, the chicken thigh was seared to a grilled chicken state. Maybe it could have been a bit thinner? The skin was brought with the chicken skin. "If you put more than two pieces, the flames will rise!" Be careful not to put too much fat, as it will flare up when grilled. The thick-cut lamb, which seemed like Genghis Khan raw lamb, had a lamb flavor that made it seem like you were eating lamb from Genghis Khan! The beef kalbi was very delicious, with a thick and tender texture. Perhaps this was the best part of this time? In the past, they used to serve small intestines here, reminiscent of kotte-chan. The central fatty part was nostalgic and tough, but the fatty part was plump and juicy. The pork sagari was full of umami that came out with each bite, with the occasional hit of fatty meat at the edges. Tender and juicy. The thick-cut pork kalbi had an irregular cut, but I wanted to eat the fatty part. The crispy texture of the sliced cartilage has improved recently. Maybe you just have to appreciate the amount served as a customer. Many customers were mistaken about the "shichirin" on the outside signboard, thinking it was a nearby shichirin grill. There might be some issues with how it's displayed. The edamame that came first was a bit rude but transformed into a nice grilled color on the grill. The taste was different and delicious! The hot skin and fluffy meat were delicious, and the taste of the charcoal was also a treat. You have to adapt your eating style to the amount served, which seems to be an unspoken agreement. Thank you for the feast! I wish they had asked if we wanted to change the meat parts at the beginning. It was a bit disappointing that the maruchou was not as enjoyable as I had hoped for.
