A very simple, bright, and fun mom. It's been a while, but I was able to come back ✨ The first time I visited, I arrived late and could only have one drink, but this time I arrived before 9 o'clock! Early, haha. The leek pickles were delicious ✨ The cheese platter was also great, with carefully selected cheeses that go well with wine, making the conversation flow. The biggest surprise was the "Seasonal Ahihijo". It was packed with seasonal ingredients and wasn't the typical Ahihijo you see! What!! Σ(゚∀゚ノ)ノ The oil was well distributed and it was definitely Ahihijo. A sustainable SDGs style with no waste, haha. I also got to try Cassasa for the first time, which made me happy (⑉˙ᗜ˙⑉)

10/22/15 Family drinking party while on a business trip with 3 people. Tonight, I had a family drinking party with my younger brother and nephew. We enjoyed some local Chinese food at the first place. The second place we came to seems to be a Brazilian restaurant. "The lemon sour here is delicious," they said as we entered. The interior of the restaurant has only 5 counter seats, and it is run by a single mama-san. It seems that it can get quite crowded at times. My brother, so that's why you were calling ahead. Let's start with a toast with the lemon sour. It's so good. "The appetizer here is also great," they said. The appetizer that came out was indeed elegant. It doesn't really have a Brazilian feel, though (laughs). The pumpkin and cheese were comforting and delicious. It's so good. Since we came all the way here, let's try something Brazilian! I ordered a drink that seemed Brazilian, but... Yikes (*_*) I can never be a Brazilian. "Brother, just stick to one drink," mama-san said. Okay, I'll do that. I managed to recover with Inca's Awakening and a draft beer. We had eaten a lot beforehand, so we'll have to come back to truly savor the food next time. The pizza they were doing takeout looked delicious. I'll visit for the first round next time.

I used to go alone but it was always full so I had to go back disappointed. But when I went with two friends, we were able to get in!! Even though they were cleaning up early for an event the next day, they still welcomed us with a smile. They prepared a glass of white wine and "Lacrat Cheese with Lily Root" for us. The cheese was delicious. We talked about the long history of the shop in Niikappu, the mama's stories, upcoming events, delicious shops in Tokachi, and stories of regular customers. I definitely want to come back and take my time next time.

On January 2, 2021, I went to a Brazilian restaurant called "Obrigada" with three good friends for our first drink of the year. The restaurant had moved from a northern food stall in August and was located next to the Yagizuki Obihiro main store, within the Inari Koji area. The exterior was nicely renovated, and the interior was clean and cozy with a counter seating for six. We had made a reservation for 6:30 pm, and there were no other customers before us, with two customers coming in for takeout later. The menu offered a variety of Brazilian dishes, pasta, pizza, and more. We started with a complimentary appetizer, followed by the highlight of the night, the Shurasco made with Ikeda beef for 1,200 yen. The beef was cooked rare, incredibly tender and juicy, and served with garlic slices, salt, pepper, mustard sauce, and wasabi. It was absolutely delicious. We also tried the Yurine Rakuretto Cheese made with plenty of locally sourced Yurine, which was soft and tasty, as well as the Hamburg, Cheese Assortment, and Sausage Assortment, all of which were delightful. The friendly owner, who we chatted with throughout our meal, made our dining experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely be back for the Shurasco. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

On September 11, 2020, I went to a Brazilian restaurant called "Obrigada" with my friends from Inari Koji, which moved from a northern food stall and I became friends with in August. This was my first visit to the restaurant. The location is next to Yanagiduki Obihiro Main Store, inside Inari Koji. The exterior was nicely renovated, and the interior was clean and cozy with 6 counter seats. At 6:40 pm, there was one customer already there, and another group of 3 people came in, making it full. The menu offered Brazilian dishes, pasta, pizza, and more. We started with the recommended Brazilian dishes: - Appetizers: boiled egg, tomato and broccoli, potato salad (price unknown) - Shurasco (Brazilian-style grilled beef) with Ikeda beef for 1,200 yen. Ikeda beef is rare in Tokachi, and there are few places that serve it. The beef had marbling similar to A4 grade, and it was grilled on a high-powered stove in the kitchen. The flavoring was simple with garlic slices, salt, pepper, and whole grain mustard sauce. The rare-grilled Ikeda beef was very tender, juicy, and delicious. - Pizza with yurine (lily bulb) for 1,200 yen. The pizza dough was stretched and baked after the order was taken. The crust was thin in the middle and crispy on the edges, with a size of around 20 cm. It was topped with plenty of yurine, which was soft and tasty. - I also had a cocktail made with gin and lime, which turned out to be quite strong. After this, I visited three more places. I will definitely come back to try the Shurasco again. Thank you for the wonderful meal!
