食べ過ぎ太り過ぎ
When it gets hot, the symptoms worsen, it is a designated rare disease by the government. Unfortunately, there is no medicine that suits my rare disease yet. Last year in September, and this year in January, I was hospitalized for rare disease treatment, and now I have been scheduled for another hospitalization from April to May. This will be my third hospitalization this year. Your supportive comments have been a source of strength for me during my hospital stays, and I am truly grateful. After receiving the second dose of the COVID vaccine, I was informed that I would not be able to receive my scheduled treatment for two weeks. After the two-week period following the completion of my second vaccine dose, I have now scheduled another hospitalization. I will be admitted as soon as I receive a call from the ward, which is likely to be about a week later. Due to hospitalization preparations, I have reduced my reviews since the day before yesterday. Thank you for your continued support.
"Kitchen Happiness Higashinaeho Store" is a cafeteria located within the "Playland Happy Higashinaeho Store". The main dishes include ramen, soba, udon, curry, etc. I visited for lunch with my usual companion for the first time. This store is located in the Higashinaeho area of Higashi-ku, Sapporo, along the Sangen Point Street on the first floor of Playland Happy. Please search for the exact location of the restaurant on Tabelog. I visited around 2 pm on a weekday. The entrance to "Kitchen Happiness Atsubetsu Store" was right by the building entrance. Since we did not enter the play area, we were able to enter the store immediately. The store has a large space with a counter of about 7 seats in an L-shape. There was a ticket machine on the right, and the top menu was "Miso Ramen 750 yen". There were no previous customers, and only one customer came in after us. Naturally, we sat at the counter. The staff was working alone. The "tonkatsu" was fried, and then the "soba" was started to be warmed. After waiting for about 6 minutes, the "katsu soba" arrived.
Katsu Soba: The "tonkatsu" was hot and freshly fried. It's hard to judge, but it feels like a commercial type. The way it was fried is crispy on the outside, and the batter is slightly sweet, but it's a flavorful tonkatsu. The soba was slightly thin, like the type of soba you would find in a cafeteria. The soba soup was a delicious broth with a strong umami flavor, like the soup you would find in an authentic soba restaurant. There was green onion on top. Price: 750 yen (tax included). This was probably my 9th time having "katsu soba". The soba soup was unexpectedly delicious. The "katsu" was hot and freshly fried. When it's freshly fried and hot, it tastes good just like that. It was soaked in the soba soup, but it had a nice crispy texture and the batter didn't come off much. The soba soup was a flavorful broth with a strong umami flavor like that of an authentic soba restaurant. Once again, I missed the timing to confirm with the staff. It's interesting how each store is slightly different. Some stores have only one staff member, while others have about four. I have a feeling that in stores with multiple staff members, they make their own soup stock. As far as soba in play areas go, this is clearly top-notch. The quality of the soba soup is several levels above that of regular cafeteria soba. "Kake soba" is 530 yen. This "katsu soba" with tonkatsu for 750 yen is a convenient price. My personal ranking of "katsu soba" dishes would be: 1. Kitchen Happiness Hachiken Store - ★3.9 2. Kitchen Happiness Asao Store - ★3.8 3. Kitchen Happiness Sakaemachi Store - ★3.7 Kitchen Happiness Atsubetsu-dori Store - ★3.7 Kitchen Happiness Atsubetsu Store - ★3.7 Kitchen Happiness Higashinaeho Store - ★3.7 4. Kitchen Happiness Shiroishi Store - ★3.6 5. Dining Siebel Teine Maeda Store - ★3.6 6. ------ 7. Kitchen Happiness Nijuyonken Store - ★3.4 I would like to try the "katsu soba" again next time. It was delicious, thank you.
