"I had the Blue Shishito Curry Rice with Hamburg. The spiciness of the blue shishito peppers was really strong, like super spicy (lol). I ordered it with a spice level of around 3 at the ticket machine, similar to CoCo Ichibanya, but it felt even spicier. The lunch comes with a salad."

I found this restaurant on TV and visited for the first time. They have a system where you buy a meal ticket at the entrance and place your order. The friendly manager kindly explained everything to me. I ordered the Blue Pepper Curry Rice with extra spicy option and a hamburger. The appearance was similar to the spice curry at Kuroiwa Coffee Shop, with a slightly watery texture that felt like a mix of curry roux and soup. However, it wasn't as spicy as I expected. It had a straight-forward chili pepper spiciness that I haven't experienced much before in curry. I made a mistake by choosing the extra spicy option as it overpowered the flavor. Next time, I'll go for the medium spiciness level and savor the taste slowly.

First visit. 11:00 am. There is parking space in the back of the restaurant. When you enter the restaurant, there is a ticket machine. I ordered the Blue Pepper Curry Pasta for 900 yen. There are various toppings available. It comes with a mini salad as a set and was served quickly. Caesar salad. Served on a silver plate. It's nice that it's hot. The soup pasta has a fantastic taste. The spaghetti is medium-thin and al dente. The portion is small. The curry sauce contains minced meat, onions, and carrots. The spiciness is similar to level 3 at CoCo Ichibanya, so it's not too spicy. After finishing the spaghetti, there is still sauce left, so it would be nice to have a mini rice-like topping. Is this the sister store of Sapporo Ramen Hara in Ebetsu? I wish they would serve ramen at this restaurant. (September 2023)

There used to be a curry restaurant called "Pop Tap Stand" on the main street, but it has moved and reopened with a new name here! The cute mascot character is hand-drawn by the owner. I was worried it might be crowded after seeing it featured on TV the day before I planned to visit, but I was able to get a window seat right as people were leaving. As soon as you enter the shop, there is a menu board like a ticket machine. Beyond that, there is an actual ticket machine. The ticket machine only accepts cash, but QR code payments like PayPay and D Pay are also accepted! I ordered the "Aotou Curry Rice" (900 yen) and the "Curry Stand Original Craft Beer" (900 yen), while my companion ordered the "Curry Pasta" (850 yen) and the "Iced Coffee" (250 yen). First, our drinks and salad were served. The craft beer had a light alcohol content of 3.9% and a refreshing taste, it was delicious! The salad was made with frilly lettuce and Caesar dressing, with crispy toppings that added a nice texture. Then, the curry arrived! The curry was a slightly greenish color, maybe from green chili peppers? I'm not a fan of habanero-level spiciness, but I love the spiciness of chili peppers! It had a refreshing and spicy taste. I really enjoyed this curry! The curry pasta my companion ordered was less spicy and lacked a bit of impact... maybe because we had just eaten the Aotou curry. Nevertheless, my companion enjoyed it. The staff at the restaurant were kind and provided attentive service. I'm curious about trying the hamburger topping next time, but most of all, I want to come back for the Aotou curry because it was delicious! Thank you, "Carista"!

I ordered a standard curry, but it had a strong coriander flavor. It's a curry that really follows the saying "curry is a drink." I like spicy food, so next time I want to try the green chili curry. The restaurant is very clean, although I'm not sure when it was established. The salad appetizer with cheese dressing was delicious. The customer service when leaving was also excellent. This is definitely a restaurant I want to visit again.

Aomori Mix Curry for 950 yen (tax included) with salad. You buy a meal ticket at the entrance, but if you use electronic money, you can pay directly at the counter. The curry is labeled as three times spicier than usual. I was curious about the mixed curry, so I tried it. It was tasty, but the portion was a bit small. You can pay extra for a large serving or extra spiciness, but it can easily go over 1,000 yen. The staff at the restaurant are friendly and helpful.

It's a place in Toyohira-ku, near Sapporo Daiichi High School in Tsukisamu Nishi 1-jo 10-chome. I came to visit a new curry restaurant that opened recently. I parked my car in the parking lot next to the store and entered. I checked the menu on the ticket machine and decided to try the "mixed curry rice" after seeing the photo menu. I purchased the ticket for it and sat at a vacant counter seat in the back of the store. After a few minutes, a salad was served, which I enjoyed with a refreshing dressing. Then, the "mixed curry rice" arrived with visible spices, pepper, and a raw egg on top. I tried it as it is first, finding it quite spicy with a texture that you can feel the spices on your tongue. It was about the spiciness level of a level 1 curry from another popular curry chain. I then mixed the egg into the curry on the right side of the container, making it milder and easier to eat. I alternated between the two and finished the meal. I would like to try the regular "curry rice" next time, so I look forward to visiting the restaurant again.

Huh? A curry stand in this residential area! It's not a place you would normally come across in your daily life. You can choose between curry with green chili peppers or without at the ticket machine. You can also choose between regular curry or mixed curry. I decided to try the green chili mixed curry today, which is slightly more expensive. Before my order arrived, I asked the staff what mixed curry was, and they explained that it's curry mixed with rice and topped with a raw egg in the center. The presentation looked delicious, and the curry was not too dry, with a good amount spread throughout. The green chili was spicier than expected, similar to a level 3 spice from a certain chain. The curry was flavorful and complex, and overall, it was really delicious. The portion size was quite generous, and I left feeling very satisfied. Thank you for the meal.

I visited the newly opened Curry Stand. It is located right in front of Sapporo Daiichi High School, so it was easy to find with the sign on the building. Inside, there was a ramen shop-like ticket machine where I chose the famous green pepper curry with pork cutlet topping. I also ordered an iced tea. When I sat down, I was served a set salad and drink first. The salad was a Caesar salad with cabbage, and it was delicious. I had to resist eating it all so I could save room for the curry. The curry arrived, and it had a refreshing taste with a hint of green pepper flavor and a spicy kick. It was rich and the spoon just kept going back for more. The pork cutlet was crispy and satisfying. The salad was a nice palate cleanser. The iced tea was a perfect match for the meal. This was my first time at Curry Stand, and I can see why people get hooked on it. For those who don't like spicy food, they also have non-spicy curry and taco rice options, making it a great place for families to visit. I wonder what I should try next time.

Today, I visited the restaurant on its opening day. The website said it opened on 7/15, but that was just a pre-opening and the general public couldn't enter. How do I know this? Because I wasn't allowed in (cries). So, I came to eat today! The restaurant has a nice atmosphere with 8 counter seats and 2 four-person tables. You order through a ticket machine as there are no menus on the tables. I tried the Green Chili Curry Rice for 950 yen, which has green chili peppers in it. The soup curry is free and if you rate the spiciness on a scale of 1 to 5, it's about a 4. To increase the spiciness, you can buy tickets at the machine. The taste is hard to describe, but I think it's delicious. It's different from Vermont curry or commercial hotel curry. The curry with green chili peppers has a refreshing spiciness. As you continue eating, you'll notice that it turns into a tasty curry.
