When I went to Tomakomai, the popular yakiniku restaurant I wanted to try was fully booked... However, I was still in the mood for meat, so I ended up being guided to this restaurant known for its Higashimuroran beef which was delicious. We arrived relatively early so there were no other customers, and we were seated at the counter. The service was as good as always. I started with a single beer and then opted for the all-you-can-drink option without beer. We ordered relatively affordable cuts of meat around 1,000 yen such as kalbi, sagari, and tongue. There was no indication of the origin of these meats in this price range. However... While the portion size was decent, the quality of the meat was not satisfying. It had a tough texture, not the chewiness of tendons, but rather a noticeable toughness in the lean meat itself. Despite the affordable price, the difference with Higashimuroran beef was too significant. However, the drinks were enjoyable, and we had a good time getting a little tipsy. Both of us were not satisfied with the meat this time, and we didn't feel like adding Higashimuroran beef afterwards. The bill came to over 10,000 yen for the two of us. If you want to keep the price down, consider the meat quality, and I think you will be more satisfied at another restaurant. Here, it's worth paying the price to taste the Higashimuroran beef. The taste is undoubtedly worth it. Now, let's move on to the next place! The night is still young.

I visited the restaurant right at 6:00 pm when it opened. As I opened the door, a chime rang and a staff member greeted me right away. I took off my shoes and went inside. This aspect also made me feel comfortable. I had the top quality tongue and top quality sagari, and I was very satisfied. It seemed like they were seasoned with salt and cumin. I ate them with Yamamoto wasabi, which was surprisingly not too spicy and easy to eat, unlike the one I bought at the airport souvenir shop, which was very strong. I also had the prime fillet cut into steak style with the same wasabi, and it was delicious! I decided to skip the chateaubriand today because it has a lot of fat, and it was the right choice. It was tender and not dry at all, and I enjoyed it until the end without getting tired of it. I wanted to have a rice dish, but I chose the wakame and egg soup based on my stomach condition. It was delicious with plenty of wakame. With this, I might be able to make an excuse for not eating vegetables, right? Lastly, I had hormone! I grilled the shimacho with salt sauce in a bold manner, and it was delicious. The alcohol was from the Suntory group, but I was happy that they didn't serve Malt's beer, and the Brown Meister was tasty. I will definitely visit for the third time!

During a past visit, I had the opportunity to drink in Tomakomai and was craving for some meat. I found this place near my accommodation and decided to give it a try. Although the upscale appearance made me hesitate a bit, once I stepped inside, all my doubts disappeared. The staff's humble and polite service was incredibly pleasant. Their attention to customer service was exceptional, unlike any other yakiniku or izakaya I've visited before. As someone who values good service, this was a crucial point and one of the best I've experienced. As for the meat, they had various cuts of Hiranotori Wagyu that looked delicious, but due to budget constraints, I had to opt for something from the regular menu. Nonetheless, it was still tasty. The tongue, kalbi, and sagari were significantly more delicious compared to other places. The tongue even came with a slice of lemon. Grilling the meat over charcoal added an extra touch to the experience. I can only imagine how amazing it would be with Hiranotori Wagyu. If I ever decide to splurge on Hiranotori Wagyu, I would definitely come back here the next time I'm in Tomakomai for some yakiniku.

This is a high-end yakiniku restaurant that specializes in Hiratori beef. The prices are similar to those of restaurants in Tokyo that offer rare cuts, but the portions here are larger. I was impressed when the chime rang as I opened the door and a staff member immediately greeted me. I was surprised to see that they served Suntory beer and whiskey, but the Brown Meister was delicious. The special tongue and wasabi-covered Ichibo were both delicious and generous in portion. The rump was the best I have had recently. The Shimachou was very oily, almost obscuring the meat, but the transparent fat had no unpleasant taste. They also offer rice dishes and soup, but I was too full to try them. I will definitely come back to try them next time. I came to this restaurant after being moved by the Hiratori beef steak I had locally, and it was definitely the right choice!

It's absolutely delicious. It was my second time visiting, and the meat sushi and grilled shabu-shabu were still outstanding. The other meats were also tender and of high quality. The course costs 8000 yen per person, which is expensive, but it's definitely worth it. Ordering a la carte might bankrupt you.

Whenever I go, they always welcome me with excellent service. In addition to wagyu beef, they have a wide variety of other menu options at reasonable prices. They are flexible when it comes to discussing the course contents to accommodate your preferences as much as possible. I visit this restaurant for both work and personal occasions. Personally, I love the grilled shabu-shabu. They quickly sear the Hiratori wagyu beef on a shichirin grill, and it melts in your mouth with its sweet fat and rich flavor. You can enjoy it with their special salt or grated ponzu sauce, both of which are delicious. I can't wait to eat it again. I feel that the cost performance is amazing, perhaps because it's in Tomakomai. I'm so captivated by the fact that you can't get this quality of meat for this price in Sapporo. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is calm, allowing you to leisurely enjoy delicious meat. It's a place where you can bring friends without worry, as they always leave satisfied.

At the farewell party, we had different hot pots at each table. There was kimchi hot pot, salted motsu hot pot made with wagyu tail broth, mentaiko motsu hot pot, and pork belly hot pot (I forgot the exact name of the pork belly hot pot...). Even though I am a picky eater, I enjoyed them all. For dessert, they made a cute treat for the person leaving.

Growing up watching his parent's sushi restaurant and having connections with various farms, a young restaurant owner opened a high-end yakiniku restaurant that has been in business for a year. The chic interior with subdued lighting is adorned with fresh flowers, following the trend of high-end yakiniku restaurants. They offer a variety of cuts of wagyu beef from Hokkaido, including Hiranotori wagyu. The premium loin "lamp" for 1780 yen was quite satisfying with a good amount of marbling, a nice texture, and the rich flavor of wagyu beef that spreads in your mouth when you chew. The nigiri sushi with Hiranotori wagyu sirloin for 1400 yen for 2 pieces was also impressive, with the moist and flavorful wagyu beef complementing the well-balanced sushi rice with a nice vinegar kick. While the prices may be slightly high, the quality justifies it. The regular menu items other than wagyu beef are also delicious and worth the price. Side dishes like kimchi, potatoes, and croquettes have a youthful vibe. The complimentary Hiranotori wagyu stew was good, and the rice was cooked perfectly. It would be nice to have more information about the wagyu beef on the menu, such as the origin and prices for the day. The service staff, although a bit inexperienced, are friendly and eager to please. Be sure to try the wagyu beef dishes here! While the prices may be a bit higher than other places in Tomakomai, the satisfaction level is worth it. While the established and reliable old restaurants are appealing, it's also refreshing to support a restaurant with a spirit of innovation like this one. So far, the potential of the wagyu beef itself seems to be the main attraction, but the combination of yakiniku and slightly upscale wagyu beef makes this restaurant a recommended spot for yakiniku in Tomakomai.
