This is a salad specialty store called "Vege Cheerful" in Asahikawa City, Toyooka 8-jo 5-chome. Operating hours are from 11:00 to 20:00, with irregular holidays. They have parking and offer takeout. The interior is stylish with high-quality tables and chairs. I ordered the rich shrimp avocado salad for 1280 yen, which was delicious with fresh and vibrant ingredients. The dressing was also tasty and complemented the salad well. The portion was generous, enough for 3-4 people. The staff provided efficient and friendly service. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.

Potato salad with... "apples", "pineapples", "mandarins", "raisins", etc... do you put them in? I'm the type who likes to put them in~ (⑉¯ ꇴ ¯⑉) It's not all of them... haha, it changes depending on my mood at the time...♪*゚ Also, pineapple is a must for sweet and sour pork... haha There are people who cringe at it all around... haha Now... I knew that a salad specialty store had opened on a road I often pass by, but I didn't feel like trying it out until now... But after reading Blue-san's review, it seems they have a strawberry-chan...♪*゚ I usually put kiwi or apples in my homemade salad, but strawberry is a first for me♬ So, let's try it out right away...♪*゚ [Strawberry Salad] ♬ 850 yen For the dressing... huh? You can't choose? Well... oh well... it seems to be a "strawberry dressing"... |ω・*) What about the "Shrimp Salad" on the blackboard menu as well, with avocado topping...♪*゚ I like customizing, but for now, I'll try the recommended ones first♬ The interior of the store... doesn't have the old diner's atmosphere anymore, it has been cute and nicely renovated. I heard that eating in the store is also possible, but today I plan to have it as a "snack"♡ The staff at the store are also young and lovely, fitting the atmosphere of the store, and very pleasant✩.*˚ While waiting, I thoroughly explore the store... haha The vegetables used in the salad are displayed openly♬ I can hear the sound of mixing in a stainless steel bowl... ( ̄∀ ̄)3 It's packed quite tightly in a fairly large pack...♪*゚ It would be nice if you could choose the size... S, M, L, etc... I like the blackboard menu... haha I'll also add the ginger soup♬ Strawberries and fresh vegetables... and the sweetness of the strawberry dressing mix in the mouth, quite interesting‪(*ˆ꒳ˆ*)‬ All the diced vegetables are similar... like a Cobb salad... a little different, but with a similar vibe, and it goes well with the saltiness of the chicken... It seems to be a limited-time offer, so I wonder how long the "strawberries" will be available? Now... what other fruit will they use? A luxurious salad for a splurge, it's good once in a while...♪*゚ Bon appétit~(*´∀`)♪

Opened on February 16th in Toyooka, Asahikawa City, a salad and soup shop. The shop has a small eat-in space, but takeout seems to be the main focus. Visited a little past noon with three customers ahead, all opting for takeout. The friendly female owner greeted me and asked me to look at the menu. I ordered the seasonal limited edition "Strawberry Salad" (¥850 tax included) and the classic "Green Salad" (M) (¥650). For the Green Salad, you could choose dressing and two toppings, so I went with the owner's recommendation of "homemade carrot dressing" and toppings of "apple" and "boiled egg". After the salads of the two customers ahead were handed out, I was informed that my order was ready and proceeded to pay. Heading home now! The Strawberry Salad comes with a strawberry dressing and includes strawberries, romaine lettuce, cabbage, daikon radish, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, carrots, and roast chicken. The crisp vegetables paired perfectly with the sweet and sour strawberry dressing. The abundance of strawberries was a nice touch. The Green Salad included romaine lettuce, baby spinach, cabbage, broccoli, cucumber, and kiwi, topped with the boiled egg and apple I chose. It was mostly vegetable-based, and the owner's recommended "homemade carrot dressing" had a slightly sweet flavor that complemented the green vegetables well. The vegetables were cut into small pieces, making it easy to eat with the provided spoon. I paired the salads with bread and wine for lunch, and with this salad content, it was a satisfying meal. It would have been even better if the prices were a bit more affordable. Let's make sure to get plenty of fresh vegetables!

"Vegetable Delica Cheerful" in Asahikawa, I'm alone, so I leisurely went out. There are too many to count, so I wrote down the number of stores in my notes. It's too much trouble to prioritize. There are still many in Asahikawa, so you can earn more efficiently than in Kushiro or Obihiro. The note says Delica, so "Lost dreams are the color of the blue sea. I want to confide in you gently. To forget about being alone. Tell me any sad things. Your eyes..." Is it a bento box? Toyooka, I thought it was just a bento shop. When I arrived, I could tell by the store name. There are three types of salads. The older sister is working alone. The US music is nice. Which one is good? I don't know. I chose the protein salad. I'll wait about 10 minutes. There are chairs inside, so it's for waiting. It's quite fashionable. So, the salad is also a bento box. It's mainly beans, but... Well, they know I don't eat vegetables. But this salad, well... Of course, you're supposed to pour the dressing over it in that container and eat it. It's not worth splitting it up. The way they boil the beans is excellent. The chili sauce is delicious. The nuts are also good. It's a delicious salad. Even a vegetable hater is praising it.

Asahikawa blogger often uses phrases that are good, so I will continue to incorporate them! Huh? Is that considered plagiarism? If it becomes a copyright infringement, I apologize (laughs) I recently reviewed "1033778, Seasonal Joy" which is right next to this place. This place used to be called "Ouchi Gohan Mother" before. There are two 2-seater tables inside the store, but it is mainly a take-out shop. I was prompted by a young female staff member to choose from the menu. You can choose from 3 types of base salads, add 2 toppings from 10 options, and choose 1 dressing from 4 options for free. I stand at a crossroads in life and am a little lost... ◆Green Salad M 650 yen (tax included) Toppings are cherry tomatoes and mixed nuts. I chose the homemade carrot dressing. I was a little curious about the nut dressing, but I chose the carrot one because it says "homemade" (laughs). It may seem a bit pricey, but it's quite a lot! To give you an idea of the quantity, the diameter of the container is 18cm, and it weighs about 320g. Please refer to the menu for the contents of the ingredients (I'm suddenly reviewing it in a sloppy way (laughs)). Is it called a chopped salad? It's the kind you can scoop up with a spoon. The dressing was different from the sweet type I imagined, it had a strong vinegar taste with the nutty aroma added, making it just right when mixed with the vegetables, and it was very easy to eat. Kiwi goes well with it too. Mixed nuts as a topping is a must! If I could say one thing, I wish there was a half size option so I could try two different varieties. If you eat this every day, can you become a cute girl with a slender figure like the staff member? Oh... age-wise, I was already too late (*‘∀‘)

This is the first time I have bought a salad at a restaurant that costs over 1,000 yen. Normally, I feel that salads over 1,000 yen are expensive unless they have a special appeal. However, I decided to try this restaurant because it is close to my home and I saw on Instagram that all items were 1,000 yen from the current time. I chose a salad with shrimp and avocado. The salad originally came with Caesar dressing, but they allowed me to change it to Cobb salad dressing for free. I got a salad that is usually around 1,300 yen for 1,000 yen! The product was put in a paper bag, which looked stylish and nice. When I opened it at home, even though I bought it close to 6:00 PM, the freshness was good. The taste? Well, it's just a salad. A salad with shrimp and avocado. That's it. I usually cook at home and make salads, so I couldn't really tell the difference. For people who don't cook, this restaurant is great because you can get various types of vegetables and have a wonderful meal. However, for those who cook at home, it's easy to get the ingredients and make a similar salad with their favorite dressing. I was hoping for something with a special touch, like homemade dressing or unusual vegetables, based on older reviews mentioning homemade strawberry dressing and deep-fried vegetables, but it seems like the menu may have changed.

I have always wanted to visit this vegetable-loving restaurant. The atmosphere is somewhat plain and spacious, but since I used it for takeout, it wasn't a problem. The polite service from the staff adds to the cleanliness of the place. The green salad allows for customization with various toppings and dressings to suit your mood. However, the vegetables lacked vibrancy and crunchiness, giving off a slightly stale impression. Overall, being able to enjoy a hearty serving of vegetables is truly satisfying. Such restaurants are rare, so I hope they continue to strive for high quality.
