I visited a sushi restaurant at night and the sushi lunch course was so delicious. They are not serving lunch anymore, but the second branch is scheduled to open in a good location in Sapporo city center. It may already be open. It was a day for leisurely conversation. We ordered grilled blackthroat seaperch, local chicken skewers, scallops and green onion sake-steamed dish, sour drinks, dry sake, and beer. The grilled blackthroat seaperch was perfect with the dry sake. The scallops and green onion sake-steamed dish were also excellent. The dishes were all beautifully prepared, and I think the chef (the son) is truly skilled. A true hidden gem. It's a place where you can be satisfied wherever you go. A fantastic atmosphere for enjoying great sake. I will definitely go again. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

A hidden gem of a restaurant located in a residential area. There are about 3 parking spaces in front of the store. Prices are not listed on the menu, which was a bit intimidating, but the chef's choice fish course and a few a la carte items were ordered. Each dish was meticulously prepared, such as the miso-marinated hair crab and the paste-like ankimo mixed with ponzu sauce. The final bill was surprisingly reasonable! The food was delicious with generous portions and great value. There were also many dishes to choose from! I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

Good evening everyone! I was thinking about where to have dinner alone during lunchtime. I decided to call and see if I could make a reservation for tonight. Luckily, I was able to make a reservation at "Sakanaya Kaku"! I used a map to find my way to the restaurant, which was a renovated house with a small raised seating area on the right side and a counter on the left. I ordered Kanimiso Kyuri, Ikasashi, Jidori skewers with salt, Tsukune with sauce, Sushiya's dashimaki, and Tachi and Hokki Himo foil-grilled. I started with a beer and enjoyed the vinegar dish with jellyfish and seaweed as the appetizer. The Kanimiso Kyuri was beautifully arranged with Ume Umizuki, mayonnaise, and crab miso. It was a pleasant surprise and a great dish. The Jidori skewers had a firm texture and were delicious to chew. The Tsukune had a good texture, but I personally prefer a sauce with less sweet soy sauce. The Tachi was still small, but I liked the Hokki Himo. The Ikasashi had the whole squid, including the tentacles, blanched, and the dipping sauce was impressive! Normally squid is eaten with ginger or wasabi, but here they served it with white leeks, tuna flakes, and soy sauce. The aroma of the tuna flakes was great, and I think this sauce would be perfect for hot tofu in the upcoming season. I also tried a glass of white wine since I saw on Facebook that they had started serving wine. The total cost was 5,400 yen, and it was a great dining experience at a lovely restaurant. I'm also curious about the lunch made by the master whom Myrebi-san has visited. Thank you for the delicious meal!

This is a hidden gem of an izakaya located in a residential area near the Hello Work in Tsukisamu. It is run by a friendly young owner and has a cozy atmosphere. There is parking available in front of the restaurant for a few cars. It's about a 10-minute walk from Tsukisamu Chuo subway station. The interior is stylish, and the long counter is perfect for dining alone. The portion sizes are on the smaller side, but they are perfect for pairing with adult beverages. The dishes are served on carefully selected tableware, all sourced from the recycling shop Monokoko in Maruyama. The menu features daily specials, so there is always something new to try. This is a great spot for dining alone or for a date.

Located in a residential area in Tsukimo, this izakaya serves fresh fish, skewers, and delicious game meats like deer. The oxtail soup they served at the end of the meal was also exceptional. They have a great selection of unique Japanese sake. Sitting at the counter and chatting with the friendly owner while enjoying a drink seems like a fun experience. There are still many menu items that caught my eye, so I definitely want to visit again.

The restaurant is located in a residential area where no one notices, and it opened in July 2018. I finally noticed its existence in October and decided to visit. I was impressed by the young owner's strong desire to serve high-quality dishes and their eagerness to improve. The attention to detail in both sashimi and meat dishes is evident in this restaurant. Looking forward to what comes next!!
