The atmosphere inside the restaurant feels more like a casual place with a younger crowd. There are many customers in their 20s and a lot of staff members are also young. I was not impressed when I saw a staff member wiping spilled sauce with their hands. The quality of the meat and the way it was cut seemed mediocre to me. The sesame cold noodles were delicious, but the side dishes were just okay, tasting like something you could buy at a supermarket.

Visited for the second time, the service was still good and the atmosphere was stylish. Tried to avoid ordering the same dishes as last time, but ended up with overlapping choices. The beef tongue was tasty but seemed a bit overpriced for the portion size. The kalbi was steak-style and cooked perfectly with a nice char on both sides. It was delicious! The sagari was average in taste and portion size was small. The kalbi norimaki seemed to have less meat compared to before.

The 3rd meat party was held, of course with all-you-can-eat. This time, it wasn't a private room (;o;) Well, if it was a private room, we would end up staying too long. LOL The meat was reliably delicious. It's delicious and reasonably priced. For more details, please see past reviews. I will visit again♪

I finally visited BULL Tokyo, a restaurant I had been curious about. They recently introduced an all-you-can-eat course, so I decided to challenge it and made a reservation. Since it was a weekday, I was able to get a table on the same day. The restaurant was quite spacious and clean, with some private rooms but mostly open seating. It didn't have the typical smell of a yakiniku restaurant, which was great. The all-you-can-eat and drink menu was priced at 3500 yen, and although the selection was a bit limited, I didn't mind given the quality. After ordering drinks, there was a bit of a wait, but the drinks were good. I started with the salad and meat assortment, and the salad dressing was delicious. Unfortunately, salad refills were not allowed, so I enjoyed it first. The pickled ginger for palate cleansing seemed unnecessary (laughs). Now, onto grilling the meat. Everything looked delicious and was of high quality, tender, and not gamey. The kalbi cuts were not too fatty and easy to eat. Personally, I really enjoyed the skirt steak and hormone cuts. Even the seseri and cartilage were tasty! Overall, the meat was much better than at a regular yakiniku restaurant. It was a bit hard to place orders and there were some delays, but I managed to try all the varieties of meat (laughs). The beer was also good, so I'll forgive the minor issues. This is definitely a restaurant worth visiting!

Well, it's time for the "Meat Club" to start at the company. The all-you-can-eat here is too cost-effective, so the 5 members of the Meat Club have gathered again. This is my second week in a row. This time we have a private room that can accommodate 8 people. The new members are delighted by the stylishness. Let's dig in today as well (`・ω・´). As usual, we quickly finish off the mountain of bulgogi salad and the 4 kinds of meat. The sagari is really delicious! It's tender, just the right amount of fat, and I eat only sagari (^ω^) haha. As for the kalbi, it's too greasy for me, so I give up after one piece (^o^;) The hormone and chicken thighs are cooked well. The texture and taste are both good. After finishing the platter, we order more! The reliable kimchi ♡ I had two plates by myself haha. It's really delicious with its rich, spicy flavor. It's also great to eat it with the meat ♡ I also ordered several more plates of sagari~. I tried the miso because I didn't order it last time when I had the negi shio (salted scallion) with seseri. The rich miso flavor is so good ( ゚Д゚)! And the tender seseri. Seseri was a popular repeat choice haha. Of course, we also ordered the wakame soup. I kept it to two cups (`・ω・´). Well, I'm very satisfied again this time. I don't have any free days left in May, so the next time will be in June (´-ω-`). But there's another all-you-can-eat yakiniku place that I'm curious about, so maybe I'll go there first (´ε`;) Thank you for the meal!

I tried various items on the menu. Personally, I thought the tongue was the most delicious. It goes well with white rice. Maybe not many people order it, but there was a dish with wasabi that was too spicy! (laughs) The restaurant interior is open, stylish, and cute, making me want to take pictures. I think women would be very happy here. It's perfect for a girls' night out, and I think it would be wonderful for a date as well. The meat was delicious and I left satisfied. ☺️

I'm trying to explore new places, but I can't seem to find a yakiniku restaurant that makes me want to come back. The interior of this place is lovely, more focused on the atmosphere than the yakiniku itself. It's a nice place, so people who haven't had much yakiniku before would probably enjoy it. When I visited, about half of the seats were taken. It took 10 minutes for the drinks to arrive, and 20 minutes for the first dish of beef tongue. After that, it took quite a while for the other meat dishes to come out. Also, the actual meat looked quite different from the photos in the menu. There was a significant difference in quality between the harami steak cubes and the truffle rice bowl.

Last visited Brut Tokyo in January last year. I had been wanting to visit since I found out about the all-you-can-eat and drink option, but I didn't have the chance. Finally, I went with my usual meat-loving group! It's 3,500 yen + tax for all-you-can-eat and drink. I thought the meat for the all-you-can-eat might be a bit cheap, but it's the same as the regular menu meat! That's a great deal! At first, a platter of four types of meat and salad comes, and then you can order more. The initial platter has a reasonable amount, so you can finish it quickly. Galbi is a bit fatty for me, but the skirt steak is delicious! The chicken thigh and hormone are juicy! I thought the all-you-can-eat menu lineup might be limited, but I was completely satisfied. You can also eat delicious kimchi. The Kakuteki kimchi is refreshing compared to regular kimchi. And the seaweed soup was too delicious. I had two bowls, another person had three bowls. Another person was skeptical about the seaweed soup, but when forced to try it, they said, "Wow, it really is delicious." See! Finally, dessert was ice cream. It was delicious. And cheap. I might go again. Thank you for the meal!

Hiresuji, Negi Shio Tan, Ue Kalbi Norimaki, Miso Horumon, Rice (medium) - 4114 yen This is a stylish yakiniku restaurant. The interior is spacious with high ceilings, plenty of table seating, and private rooms available. The staff provides excellent service. They use gas grills to prevent the meat from sticking, and they provide sauce and pickled ginger as a nice touch. The sauce is light and complements the meat well. First, I tried the Negi Shio Tan. The presentation was lovely and the meat was delicious. The crispy texture of the leeks and the lemon juice added a refreshing touch. The Hiresuji is a rare cut near the fillet and Chateaubriand, with a good amount of marbling that enhances the flavor. It was tender and juicy. The Ue Kalbi Norimaki was a unique dish with rice, kalbi, and green onions wrapped in seaweed. The marbled fat from the kalbi melted in my mouth, providing a satisfying chewy texture. The Miso Horumon was average, with large pieces and some excess fat trimmed off. Overall, the restaurant has a great atmosphere, decent prices, and I really enjoyed my experience there.

I was a bit anxious about the new store, but today I was looking for a place that would look stylish for the end of the year. The actual impression after visiting was that it was a stylish yakiniku restaurant that you don't find in Sapporo, with good quality meat that was simply delicious. However, there were some points that deducted 1.5 points, such as the lack of origin labeling, the "meat lump" product likely being beef fat-injected meat, the fact that the decorative lighting was turned off, and the still somewhat awkward service from the staff. But I was really motivated to come back because I want the gold name-engraved tongs that you can get after visiting 10 times. I really liked the Tokyo-like atmosphere of the store, which is rare in Sapporo, and I definitely want to come back again.

I encountered a great value yakiniku restaurant in Susukino, Sapporo! The portion, taste, and presentation were all satisfying! The portion was actually too much that I couldn't finish it all! The interior of the restaurant was also clean, and I would love to visit again.

This is a yakiniku restaurant located in the bustling area of Sapporo city. It is very convenient as it is close to a train station, bus stop, and parking lot. This time, I ordered the Wagyu prime kalbi and beer, and the meat was thick and juicy. The alcohol selection was also extensive besides beer. I highly recommend this place.

I heard that there is a stylish yakiniku restaurant in Susukino, so I visited with my meat-loving friends! Its name is "BULL TOKYO". It's located about a 10-minute walk from Susukino Station. When we arrived at the restaurant, we could already tell from the outside that it was stylish! It feels more like a cafe than a yakiniku restaurant! The cool logo of the bull is also impressive! Inside, we were even more surprised! It doesn't look like a typical yakiniku restaurant at all! The stylish interior with plants and wooden decor is arranged beautifully, creating a spacious and cafe-like atmosphere! This ambiance may confuse the older generation when they first enter the place. This time, we decided to go for lighter menu options for research purposes. Here are the dishes we ordered: - Kimchi: We started with a toast with Sapporo Classic beer and ordered cabbage kimchi as an appetizer. It was easy to eat with a mild acidity, and I personally liked it! - Negi Shio Tan (green onion salted beef tongue): This dish had plenty of green onions on top, so we only grilled one side. The beef tongue looked beautiful with visible fat, so it didn't need much cooking. After lightly grilling one side, we wrapped it with the green onions. The beef tongue had a nice seasoning, and the balance with the green onions was excellent! It was a juicy and flavorful dish! - Ushimino (beef tripe): Thinly sliced beef tripe arrived, and it was fresh, so it could be eaten crispy without being too browned. It was delicious! - Sanchu (lettuce): We ordered the classic sanchu, which goes well with grilled meat, so we had to order it on the hot plate. The fresh leaves were beautiful! - Liver: The liver looked tender and appetizing with a deep red color. It was flavorful when grilled, fresh without any bitterness. It was juicy and not dry, a very good liver! - Seseri (chicken neck): We chose the green onion salt flavor for the chicken neck. It went well with a highball, and the refreshing green onion salt flavor of the chicken neck paired nicely with the highball. The meat was tender and the fat was light, making it easy to enjoy with drinks! Depending on the meat cut, some items can be quite expensive, but we managed to keep the cost low this time. The quality of the meat is good, but the main highlight of this restaurant is the incredibly stylish interior. It might be a good idea to invite women who are not fond of yakiniku on a date here! Thank you for the meal!

Today's dinner was meat! I went to BULL TOKYO with my friends. Despite the name, the restaurant is located in Chuo-ku, Sapporo, not Tokyo. It's about a 5-minute walk from Susukino Station (lol). The logo with a bull symbol is the landmark. The spacious and open interior feels more like a cafe than a yakiniku restaurant. The greenery and green panels throughout the restaurant add a stylish touch. Menu: - Special Harami - Fillet - Top Mino - Grilled liver - Kimchi - Wakame soup - Small rice - Sapporo Classic beer - Green tea highball First, we tried the special Harami, which looked delicious with nice marbling. It's more of a chewy type of meat rather than melt-in-your-mouth. The meaty texture and rich flavor make it a standout dish. Next, we had the fillet, which looked tender and had a good amount of marbling. It was indeed tender and flavorful, leaving a lingering taste even after swallowing. The seasoning was just right, and the meat was very tender. Then, we tried the top Mino, which was thinly sliced and had a nice texture. It had a good bite to it and was enjoyable to eat. We also ordered grilled liver, which was fresh and had a bouncy texture. It was juicy and had a rich flavor without any bitterness. The sauce complemented the liver perfectly. Of course, we had some kimchi as a palate cleanser. The Napa cabbage kimchi was not too spicy or overwhelming, making it easy to eat. For dessert, we had wakame soup, which was refreshing and light. It was a perfect way to end the meal. Overall, the quality of the meat was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. The cost performance was outstanding. The staff was friendly and provided good service. I will definitely be coming back to this place!
