Sometimes I really crave Hokkaido shabu-shabu. It's all-you-can-eat, but now it's over 5,000 yen. I can't eat as much as before, so maybe ordering individual items is better. However, today was a company drinking party, so I went for the all-you-can-eat option. In the end, I only had one serving of meat. It's become an expensive shabu-shabu, but it was still delicious as always! The taste is still great.

Last week, my husband visited this restaurant with a group of five and ate 8 plates of lamb, so our goal was also to eat 8 plates. The staff, especially the young woman who brought us our orders and drinks, was lovely. She was very polite and attentive. The restaurant is located near the Susukino intersection, so when we mentioned that we wanted to take a photo outside on our way out, they kindly showed us to a table with a view outside. The service was excellent, and we were all very satisfied with the experience.

The restaurant has moved from the 5th floor to the 7th floor. We were able to secure a private room thanks to a reservation made by an acquaintance. The restaurant was fully booked, but the cozy private room facing Route 36 was perfect for the two of us. We opted for the all-you-can-eat lamb shabu shabu and all-you-can-drink plan priced at 5,100 yen. We started with a toast with Sapporo Classic beer, which was refreshing and enjoyable. The thinly sliced lamb meat was beautifully presented on plates, and it was tender and delicious. We kept going for more. The fresh vegetables complemented the special sauce perfectly. We also enjoyed the rice balls and ramen noodles. The rice balls were small and easy to eat, while the ramen had a rich broth with a hint of salt and pepper, making it quite flavorful. We even ordered dessert, including matcha ice cream with red bean paste and mochi with black honey. It was a satisfying year-end party.

It creates the perfect soy sauce ramen. The condiments are also delicious, such as onion with garlic, grated radish, and green onions. They go really well with the shabu-shabu and the ramen.
