It's hard to describe, but it's a unique taste that you'll experience for the first time. Anyway, it's complex and delicious. The fried takoyaki is crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. It's soaked in a light broth, and the crispiness changes to a juicy texture. From around this point, I started to get drunk... I forgot to take photos... My memory is vague... There was something called a tomato sour that was really good, not your typical tomato juice sour. It doesn't taste like tomato juice, it's not sour, and the tomato flavor is strong. When I mentioned that I like fish (although I also like meat), they prepared a single-person sashimi assortment for me with a variety of delicious dishes at a very affordable price. They seem to focus on sourcing good ingredients for the day, which is becoming rare these days. Even if it says "all-you-can-drink" with classics included, it's often not the case... haha. This place has a wide variety of menu items, so it doesn't seem like you'll get bored. Also, they offer party courses with all-you-can-drink starting from 4000 yen (please confirm the beer brand, as there is no single item all-you-can-drink). In this area where there are many chain stores, this type of restaurant is precious. Perhaps it's because of the friendly nature of the owner, I was able to have a pleasant time chatting with the female staff and the owner. After that, more customers started coming in. It seems like many regulars want to keep this place a secret, hence the lack of information. When I mentioned that I might not write about it, they said, "Sometimes promotion is necessary," so I'm sharing it now.
