I went to a karaoke shop on Sunshine Street called "Karaoke no Tetsujin" (Kara Tetsu). They often have collaborations, but their locations are limited to Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Chiba. Furthermore, the shops hosting collaborations are specifically in areas like Shinjuku, Akihabara, and Ikebukuro. This time, I visited the Ikebukuro East Exit store. Since only takeout drinks and merchandise were available, I lined up for takeout. It was around 6:30 PM, so there was quite a long wait.
At the entrance of the shop, there's a display. This time, my main aim was the collaboration with "Horimiya." The collaboration-exclusive illustrations are really cute. The acrylic stands and can badges are random, meaning you won’t know what you’ll get in advance. When you purchase a collaboration drink, you receive an original photo card as well—one card per drink. The cards are divided into two boxes: the Hori BOX and the Miyamura BOX, with 10 designs in each. You can choose your favorite box, and the cards are given out randomly.
The merchandise menu includes the can badges, which are fluffy and cute. There’s a waiting area on the second floor for the takeout drinks, where you can take photos.
For the drinks, Iura-kun's drink contained lemon syrup, watermelon syrup, blood orange syrup, soda, and cut lime. Ishikawa-kun's drink included grape soda, blue curaçao syrup, tonic water, and vanilla ice cream. I chose the Hori BOX for my card, and I ended up with a scene shot of Hori-san and Yoshikawa-san, along with the collaboration illustration of Iura-kun. I was really happy to get my favorite, Iura-kun!
There were also other collaboration photo boards for taking pictures, like for Blue Lock and "Mairu Ito's Iruma-kun." It's great to have photo boards available, so you can enjoy the experience even with takeout!
