The Strawberry Soft Serve has a sherbet-like texture and a strong acidity, which was a big hit with my friend who loves strawberries! They enjoyed it a lot. I took a bite and, as expected, Yamanaka Farm's soft serve ice cream was delicious. The vanilla flavor had a subtle sweetness, a slightly crispy texture, and a nice milky taste. The strawberry flavor was surprisingly tangy and had a convincing strawberry taste. The cocoa flavor was not too rich or oily, which I appreciated. One day, while driving along Fukuzumi-Kuwanazono Street on my way to the Sheep Hill Observatory, I came across a soft serve ice cream shop that used to be in the parking lot in front of the observatory. I was curious, so I decided to visit the shop. I parked my car in the parking lot next to the shop, checked the menu, and ordered the classic "vanilla soft serve ice cream." I paid right away and waited for my order. When the vanilla soft serve ice cream was ready, I received it, took the usual photo, and then returned to my car. I took a bite and found that the soft serve ice cream was a bit soft and melted easily. As for the taste, it was somewhat light and lacked flavor compared to before. The texture also had ice crystals, which was a bit disappointing. It seems that the level of ice cream, gelato, and soft serve ice cream has been getting higher, so while affordable soft serve ice cream is good, it seems that people are starting to prioritize taste more.

I happened to pass by this shop in the Fukuzumi area during a break from work. A few months ago, I had bookmarked this shop. After eating spicy soup curry, I thought something sweet might be good... I asked the friendly staff at this nice shop for the weekly limited edition soft serve, which was strawberry soft serve. There are benches perfect for couples to sit and enjoy their ice cream. I was originally planning to go for the harmony of sweetness and milk with a simple milk soft serve, but I couldn't resist the limited edition strawberry soft serve. I imagined the sweetness and harmony with milk, but the strawberry soft serve had a refreshing acidity and strawberry flavor. By the way, I remembered that this shop used to be located near the Sheep Hill Observatory parking lot, and when I looked it up, I found out that they had moved here and are now operating here. The price is cheap at 300 yen for a cup or cone. When I went, they were offering a special deal where you could get a maple cone for just an extra 20 yen, so I chose that. The maple cone was delicious. There was a notice saying that they will be open until the end of October for this season, so if you plan to go, go soon.
