I stopped by on my way back to my parents' house. I was driving on North 24th Street from Ganjo towards Miyanomori, and I found a parking lot that was easy to enter, so I couldn't help but pull in. The roads in Sapporo are generally easy to drive on, maybe because there is less snow compared to Saitama where I currently live. When I entered the store and looked into the frozen ice cream showcase, I couldn't find the Haskap ice cream I wanted, but instead, they had melon ice cream on sale for a slightly lower price for a limited time. I decided to try it since I haven't had it before. I bought it for 170 yen excluding tax. I decided to wait until I got to my parents' house to eat it, as eating it on the spot would just make me feel cold. When I arrived at my parents' house and took the packaging off in a warm room, the ice cream had softened nicely. It had a strong melon flavor and a creamy texture. It was delicious, just as I had hoped. I think eating it when it's soft like this is the best way to enjoy it.

The potato fries at Seikoma are 194 yen, right? The sweetness and indescribable fluffiness of these potatoes are just amazing (*^^*). Every time I visit Hokkaido, I can't help but buy them at Seikoma stores (^o^). I'm glad there's a Seikoma near my accommodation this time. Is it common to find them in Sapporo? (^_^;)

Seicomart is great for affordable and satisfying breakfast and lunch, so I decided to try their dinner option as well. I purchased the Seicomart soy sauce ramen-style yakisoba and mountain wasabi rice ball. I really like the soy sauce ramen-style yakisoba, it's kind of plain but in a good way. It's cheap, around 100 yen, and the noodles are really good. The rice ball with mountain wasabi is also unique and not something I see often at other convenience stores. Seicomart is definitely enough for my needs and I will be using it again in the future.
