I went to Goryokaku and tried this bakery. They had cute bread and it looked delicious. The day-old bread was also discounted by about 30 yen. I bought a walnut bread and it was soft and delicious. Oh, they had apple bread too, which reminded me of the delicious one I had bought at the Onuma Prince Hotel. I bought a melon bread for my husband, a queen amann for myself, and two baked goods. The queen amann had custard cream inside and was large. The cookies looked big and delicious, so I chose the Weekend Lemon. It was coated with lemon icing and tasted like a butter cake with lemon flavor. I don't remember the names of sweets well, but it reminded me of something I had eaten before. The butter cookie had a butter cream filling and a slightly bitter caramel flavor, which I enjoyed. Overall, the baked goods were tastier than the bread.

I have work in Hakodate, not by the station but near Goryokaku. Instead of having breakfast at the hotel, I decided to take a walk and found a trendy cafe with delicious-looking bread at reasonable prices. I ordered a coffee to have there, and it was really tasty. The location might be a bit hard to find, but it's next to a school so maybe that's why students come to buy here. The staff was friendly and overall it was a great experience. I will definitely come back to eat here if I stay in this area again.

The bread was very delicious for the price, so I went back for lunch again. When I went in the afternoon, the highly recommended salt bread was not available, and many of the other hard breads were sold out, which was disappointing. I had the bacon cheese naan for 230 yen, and my wife had the peanut bread for 170 yen. The bread here becomes sweeter as you chew, and it is really delicious. I tried a bite of my wife's peanut bread, and the surface was crispy, with the unique taste of this bread, which was delicious. I will definitely stop by again during a stroll.

The owner of this bakery used to work at a hotel, and that's why my wife and I decided to visit. The parking lot was a bit hard to find, but the sign in front of the store clearly indicated where it was. The exterior and interior of the store were stylish. The staff explained the different types of bread and recommended the freshly baked ones. My wife said they were very kind. We bought the hard salt bread, mini bacon and cheese epi, and milk French bread. The hard salt bread was incredibly delicious. The crispy outer layer of the French bread combined with the fluffy inside, and the buttery sweetness at the bottom was divine. The mini bacon and cheese epi didn't feel so mini, it was the perfect size for a couple. The fluffy texture was unique, and when you take a bite of bacon with the bread, the flavor is rich and delicious. My wife loved the milk French bread, she said it was amazing with a strong milk flavor and fluffy texture. Despite being so delicious, the prices were reasonable. We will definitely be coming back here often. After eating, we took a walk around the Yachigashira area for some exercise. The cold wind made us feel like winter is approaching.

I visited a bakery in a residential area around 7 am right after it opened. They had about 6 types of bread available, as well as a reasonably priced assortment of bread from the previous day. I bought a croque monsieur and a croissant for a total of 380 yen. Although the portions were small, the croissant was delicious and crispy. I was hoping to try the healthy curry bread that wasn't baked, so I will revisit and leave another review.

Located on a one-lane city road facing the map, parking in front of the store is a bit difficult with space for only three cars. Access by car is not very convenient. Here is the review of the food I tried: Croissant (¥180) - The surface is not greasy, and the butter flavor is well incorporated into the dough. It was perfectly baked. Chocolate Cornet (¥150) - It has been a while since I saw this in a specialty store. The cream is not too sweet, but has a mellow sweetness that evokes nostalgia. Azuki Bean Bread (¥150) - It is generously filled with sweet red beans, and the dough is soft and fluffy. This goes well with milk. They have over 30 varieties of soft bread as their main offering. Be cautious as the baguettes, which are the namesake of the store, tend to sell out quickly.
