When it gets hot, the symptoms worsen, it is a designated rare disease (specific disease) by the government. There is still no medication to cure my rare disease. Administering "blood products" for 5 consecutive days temporarily improves symptoms, but there must be several weeks between administrations. Also, after receiving "blood products," vaccination such as for COVID-19 is not allowed for a month. I was hospitalized 5 times last year for rare disease treatment. I had my first hospitalization of 2022 in January, and today I was safely discharged. Your supportive comments are always a source of energy for me during hospitalization. I am truly grateful. Comments and likes will be delayed due to hospitalization, but I will definitely respond. Thank you for your continued support. In the future, I plan to mainly post reviews of past unreviewed items. New visits will be limited based on my health condition. "Yukatan Shop Nanairo Store" is operated by the "Nishimura Family." Following the Handmade Store in December, it opened as the second store in Sapporo on January 26, 2022. It is related to the establishment of the hearing-impaired store "kiosk Lily," which was known to all Sapporo citizens, and supplied cakes to support it. "Kiosk Lily" is the famous 100 yen cake store. All the staff are hearing-impaired, so they used a system where they write the quantity on the order form. It was a well-known store that even became a TV drama. However, Nishimura Food Industry closed its 80-year history in 2003. The store founded by a former employee is "Nishimura Family." The headquarters is now in Chitose City. This store is located on the first floor of "Sapporo Nanairo Building" in the Odori area of Sapporo Chuo-ku. Please check the exact location of the store on Tabelog. It is a visit around 3 pm on weekdays. There was one customer before and no customers after. The store offers Western confectionery and bread. The most famous are "Yukatan" and "Lemon Cake." They use Hokkaido ingredients for their sweets and bread. I bought several items. ■ Yukatan Weight: Actual measurement 70g (after deducting the packaging weight) A fluffy chiffon base with plenty of cream and custard cream blend cream Refrigerated storage They sell refrigerated and frozen products. Price: 216 yen (tax included) ■ Donut Bread Frozen product Warm the bread in the bag with a microwave. When microwaved, the bread dough becomes fluffy. It is a fried donut with very little oily feeling. Anko Donut Weight: Actual measurement 113g (after deducting the packaging weight) Circular Uses Hokkaido red beans Cream Donut Weight: Actual measurement 104g (after deducting the packaging weight) Elliptical Price: 216 yen each (tax included) "Yukatan" has a taste that evokes the Showa era and is loved by many for years. Both the "Anko Donut" and the "Cream Donut" are frozen products that can be microwaved in the bag. When microwaved, the bread becomes fluffy as if freshly made. They are high-quality donuts with no oily feeling. "Yukatan Shop Nanairo Store" has many affordable products. It is an easy-to-use store with good products for the price. The original rating is ★3.8. Nishimura Food Industry has made significant contributions to past disabled individuals. Someday, I hope that Nishimura Family will support a store like "kiosk Lily." I sincerely hope that day will come. With expectations for the past, present, and future, I rated it ★4.0. I hope they will continue to work hard and bring hope and light to people with disabilities. Like the Teine store, there is no landline phone in the store, and the receipt shows the main store's phone number. I registered using the headquarters phone number and uploaded it. I wonder which bread I should choose next time. Thank you for the delicious meal.

This shop is located inside from the entrance on the Sapporo Station side of Nanairo (formerly Cosmo) on the main street.
■ Yuka-tan (216 yen)
■ Lemon cake (216 yen)
This time, I bought frozen items, but for Yuka-tan, there are also ready-to-eat items next to the register. There is also a vending machine at the storefront, so you can purchase even outside of business hours. This is my second visit, and the staff remembered me from last time. As I mentioned in my previous review, I am not comfortable with being recognized as an individual, but the staff here are very friendly, so I didn't mind as much. I enjoyed my treats again this time. I don't come here often, but if I have the chance to be nearby again, I would like to stop by. Thank you for the meal ☆

Located on the 1st floor of a building in the 4th block of Tanukikoji, this shop is where I bought a snack called "Yukatan (216 yen)" as a souvenir after playing coins at Vegas Vegas. Yukatan is a classic product from the seller Nishimura Family, and although it used to be available in many places, it has become quite rare recently. I purchased the frozen version, so I thawed it in the refrigerator before eating. It is a chiffon cake with a simple taste filled with custard cream, and it brings back a sense of nostalgia for me. While it may not be exceptionally delicious compared to modern sweets, it is a good choice for those who appreciate traditional snacks.

This store is located on the first floor of "Nanairo" at the eastern end of Tanukikoji 4-chome. The building used to be called "Cosmo". Currently, there is a pachinko parlor on the first floor of this building, but if you enter from the east side (Sapporo Ekimae-dori side) rather than the Tanukikoji arcade side, you will find a counter restaurant called "Shiran" in the corridor, and it is located further inside. Honestly, it is in a position that is rarely passed by chance, so I think it must be quite difficult as a business. (So I want to support it somehow) I found out about this shop because I read multiple reviews from Myレビ. ☆■Yukatan (216 yen)■Custard chiffon melon (216 yen) When the female shop assistant asked me, "Where did you hear about us?" I said, "I found out about you on Tabelog," and she even gave me advice like "this angle looks good" when I was taking photos inside the store (that's the third photo). If you say "Tabelog" and take a lot of pictures inside the store, it's pretty obvious that you're a reviewer. In fact, in cases like this at restaurants, I usually find it very difficult to go back to that place, as I feel like I'm being watched and my actions are being monitored, and it becomes hard to casually visit the store. But the staff was very friendly, so I didn't feel as uncomfortable as usual this time. The sweets were also very delicious, so I would like to come back to buy something again. Thank you for the meal. ☆

【Takeout】Originating from Sapporo, this Western confectionery shop resurrects popular sweets from the now-closed Nishimura to this day. The Nishimura family's main products can be purchased at this shop, which serves as an antenna shop. The factory is currently located in Chitose City, and this shop is located on the first floor of Sapporo Nanairo Building in the block of Minami 2 Nishi 4 in downtown Sapporo, directly connected to the underground city Aurora Town.
On the evening of May 4, 2022, I revisited the shop. Originally, I went to Sumikawa to buy imitation crab meat, putting it in Usachan's insulated bag with ice packs. However, the shop was closed due to Golden Week. After having lunch, I stopped by Sapporo Station for some errands, and while walking, Chikahoko was distributing flyers. Then, Yucatan arrived. I ended up purchasing three Yucatan. I received compliments for being prepared, as I had put the Yucatan in Usachan's bag with ice packs. At this age, it's rare to receive compliments face-to-face, so it made me happy (laughs). Yucatan is a sponge cake filled with custard cream, a confection that seems to be found in every tourist spot. The fact that it's found everywhere means that it is loved by almost everyone except those who don't like sweet things. Yucatan, or what I call the mysterious flavor of the sponge cake, becomes more and more enjoyable as you continue to eat it. Please give it a try (・ω・).

I was eating ramen next door. While eating, I was thinking, "Oh, this used to be here," so there was no reason not to stop by. Just as I finished eating, they started preparing to close. Maybe it was a prank, haha, but I was planning to buy from the unique vending machine from the beginning, so it was not a problem (^-^)
- Yuka-tan 2-piece set 440 yen
- Lemon cake Yuka-tan set 390 yen
I did not confirm the price difference with the store. Since it had completely frozen, the fluffy texture felt a little bit weaker. The cream is still delicious as usual. The lemon cake is not really lemony. It is more like a lemon-flavored chocolate cake. If it was all lemon, it wouldn't have been edible, right? (laughs) It's now being sold in supermarkets, so it will never disappear. It was delicious, thank you (^o^)

On a certain holiday, I stopped by on my way home near Tanukikoji, at the site of a tapioca shop on the first floor of Nanairo Building, which had been replaced by a confectionery store called Chitose. It is the main store and I had visited once before. The store mainly sells frozen sweets. Inside the store, there are open spaces with several frozen cases, showcasing various items including their flagship product "Yukatan". On this day, I chose a few items from the menu. I got a "Ring Donut" from the Motoki frozen case and followed the instructions to warm it up in the microwave. It turned out to be a hot and fluffy donut with just the right amount of sugar and oil. I also got a "Furano Melon Custard Chiffon" which can be thawed naturally. The chiffon cake had a gentle melon-flavored custard cream inside, with what seemed like melon extract instead of actual fruit pieces. Lastly, I tried the "Strawberry Bavarois and Black Tea Tart" from the wide selection of products. It had a fruit-like substance on top, a gentle sweet and sour jelly, a soft bavarois layer, and a crispy tart crust. The man working at the store seemed very dedicated and I felt like supporting him. I hope to visit again soon. Thank you for the delicious treats.

When it comes to me, it's Yukatan!!!! (Well, I don't know) I've been wanting to go to Nanairo because I heard it's now available there! I finally went after a long time, but I got lost trying to find Nanairo haha. I'm so happy that you can buy it in Sapporo, and as a Yukatanist (whatever that is), I thanked them for making it available. The staff was so happy and we both thanked each other. It's not a limited-time shop, it's a permanent store, so I really hope everyone uses it! They had ice cakes for around 300 yen, which seemed pretty good value, so I might try that next time. I was also curious about the frozen curry bread and an donuts, but I wonder where they are made (I should have checked). Yukatan has two types, one for refrigeration and one for freezing (I think it was 6 hours to thaw in the fridge). The taste is great, but it did get a bit more expensive. The original drinkable custard cream is unique to Yukatan. It's a bit more milky and the cream has gotten firmer. It's still delicious, but I miss the old slightly cheap feel to it. It used to have a bit more moisture in the cream, making it truly drinkable, like Peko-chan's cheeks. The thick Castella-like dough and drinkable custard cream combination is so nostalgic and I love it. It's a place I can easily stop by while running errands, so I'll definitely visit again! The staff was really nice! So, so nice!

I couldn't find the refrigerated items in Teine, so I bought them here. I got the Yucatan Caramel Sweet and Ice Cake. There were about 16 types of Ice Cake, but I played it safe and went with the Pumpkin Pudding. The Yucatan had a unique Caramel Sweet flavor. The texture was fluffy and the cream was smooth. It was delicious! It felt like I had eaten it somewhere before, and while it may lack originality, its natural taste is undeniably satisfying and makes you want to try the plain flavor as well. I haven't tried the Ice Cake yet, but I'll update once I do. The staff was friendly and hardworking, which left a good impression. It's easy to stop by and I recommend it for souvenirs. I hope it becomes a new Hokkaido souvenir. Thank you for the meal! ♡

I will visit "Yukatan Shop Nanairo Store," which opened on January 6, 2022 in Nanairo. It is located on the first floor of the tapioca shop that used to be there. There is a vending machine in front of the store selling items like "Yukatan." "Yukatan" is a popular confectionery with fluffy chiffon cake and custard cream. The confectionery store "Nishimura Family," which used to produce and sell it, closed its doors after about 40 years in May 2018. However, the business was taken over by "Dosanko Energy LLC," which has now resumed production in Chitose City. Before opening this directly managed store, the products were sold at "Salmon Factory" in Chitose and "Kitene Building" in Teine. I purchased the "Yukatan @216" and the "Furano Melon Custard Chiffon @216," both frozen products to take home and enjoy after thawing. The "Yukatan" is a nostalgic treat that I used to buy in bulk at convenience stores. The taste still brings me happiness, and the quality remains the same as before. I remember it used to cost around 140 yen per piece when I used to buy it frequently, so the price has increased significantly. This time I bought a small amount as I didn't want to carry too much while wandering around the city, but next time I will buy in bulk. Thank you for the delicious treats!
