It may not be good to always think that you can eat delicious bread anytime. If you try to go to a bakery after work, most of the bread is already sold out. Therefore, being able to eat freshly baked bread is a pleasure only on holidays. I heard that in French households, they eat freshly baked croissants every day, but that is considered a luxurious act. The people in France often have cheap baguettes or crackers for breakfast that they can buy at the supermarket. If you always eat delicious food, it becomes normal. There is a slight sense of fear that if you always eat delicious food, it will become ordinary. Eating ordinary food with a calm mind every day makes occasional indulgences shine brightly. Therefore, I decided to buy bread at an in-store bakery in the supermarket. The layout has changed from having a separate booth with staff to being displayed in a corner of the supermarket where customers can pick up and pay for the bread themselves. The taste is average, with more sweet pastries than I remember, so I hadn't been using it much. But I saw that there was bread made from Hokkaido wheat!! Even in convenience stores like Seven-Eleven, there are pastries with a prominent label "Made with Hokkaido wheat." Major bread makers like Shikishima Pan have also started to emphasize the use of domestic wheat, which is very reassuring. I want to be able to buy safe and reliable products nearby. It doesn't have to be special or have a special taste. In such cases, I think the bakery in the supermarket is a good option.

Yanazuki Rokkatei has decided not to buy and write their own reviews, but sometimes you can't help it, starting with excuses like "desperate times call for desperate measures." I ended up at Fukuhara Ikkyu store because there was a ramen place nearby. I'm in Obihiro, alone. I was able to stay overnight, but my wife will come tomorrow because she has something to do, so I won't be able to do my Tabelog activities. Of course, it's not zero, but I need to earn today. I've been to this Fukuhara a few times before. Should I go on a supermarket attack now? When I went in chasing after Yanazuki and entered Fukuhara, I saw Fufura Workshop too. Depending on the store, Fufura Workshop may be on hold, right? Even though the Co-op Sapporo Bakery Corner doesn't do it, there's nothing enticing here, so I'll have the bean bread. It's been a while. I'll buy this unique bean bread. As it is, it doesn't really seem like Fufura Workshop's bread. When baked, it becomes a bit softer, but I still can't bring myself to accept it as Fufura. How about trying it at Sakurari Workshop? It's sweet. Besides the sweet beans, it seems like something is spread on the surface of the bread. Is this like the sugar water used to attract stag beetles? I see, so they're beckoning people who like soft bread with this. That's why it's called Fufura Workshop, right?

I went to Fukkura Kobo for the first time! The shop is located inside Fukuhara Ikkyu store. There is a Fukkura Kobo section inside the store. There were no employees from Fukkura Kobo, so I had to pay at Fukuhara's cashier. Today, I bought three items: Garlic Flavored Bread for 170 yen, Ham & Cheese Roll for 129 yen, and Wiener Bread for 108 yen. The prices are quite cheap. The Garlic Flavored Bread has a shelf life until June. The other two bread items were a bit firm and not very fluffy. Fukuhara's store has a wide selection of items. It's convenient to buy from there. Thank you Fukkura Kobo for the meal!

I tried the bread from "Hookura Workshop," a factory located at 8-chome, Higashi 2-jo, Obihiro City. The shop distributes bread made in the factory to various stores for sale. You can purchase their bread at most Fukuhara stores in Obihiro. Currently, many of the stores operate on a self-service basis, and you need to pay at Fukuhara's cashier when making a purchase. The bread I tried was the Milk Almond (108 yen), which had a fluffy texture with buttercream and almonds inside, adding a nice touch. Overall, the bread at this shop is fluffy and enjoyable. Additionally, they have a factory in Kushiro, so you can also buy their bread at Fukuhara in Kushiro.
