The bustling district of Chitose. Lately, I've been hooked on Chitose drinking, or rather, regional drinking, and whenever I find a place I like, I want to visit again right away. The photo is not just from one visit. It's a Japanese sake bar! I was introduced to it by another shop owner since it's not listed on Tabelog. They have both counter and table seating! The selection of Japanese sake is amazing! You won't find this many varieties even in Susukino! They don't serve food, just Japanese sake only! But you can bring your own snacks, which is great. There are so many types of Japanese sake, it's hard to choose. I've been drinking a lot. The first time I visited, there weren't many customers, and it had a calm atmosphere where you could enjoy your drink quietly. When I visited again, it was a bit livelier and had a more energetic vibe. But I enjoyed both atmospheres. The liveliness wasn't unpleasant. After visiting a shop with unclear billing, coming here lifted my spirits. Enjoying a good drink and having a great time is what makes me happiest. One day, I was lucky to encounter a generous man who even treated me to a glass of Juyondai! It's 2000 yen a glass! You can have fun conversations with the owner, staff, and regulars. It's a wonderful place.
