I had the chicken salt ramen at "Gohan Doki Chitose Store" located in Maruhan Chitose Store in Kitasakae 2-4-5, Chitose City (700 yen). The ramen came with green onions, bamboo shoots, kaiware radish, chicken chashu, and chicken meatballs. The restaurant operates from 11:30 to 18:00 and uses a ticket vending machine system. The menu includes various ramen options such as soy sauce ramen, chicken salt ramen, and miso ramen, as well as rice bowl sets, curry rice, katsudon, ginger pork set meal, and more. The noodles in the chicken salt ramen were slightly thick and curly, with a light yet flavorful soup. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

I was influenced by many reviewers and decided to set more detailed scores from the previous review. I thought that once I set the scores for cost performance and taste, the overall score would be calculated automatically, but it seems that's not the case. It might be a bit of a hassle, but scoring is actually quite fun. I will change the criteria quite often, but I will continue to write like a diary, so I hope those who read it will enjoy it as if they were just regular people enjoying a meal, rather than critics. Maybe I'll update the scores of past reviews when I feel like it, but that will take quite a bit of time (laughs). Now, let's move on to the main topic!
After finishing work for the day, I went to "Gohan Doki" for dinner. The Keito store is good too, but it closes during snack time. Since I had plenty of time before the order cutoff time during my working hours, I went to the Chitose store instead! The pork cutlet curry and pork cutlet bowl are nice, but I've had pork cutlet curry at another pachinko parlor... I'll go for the "Deluxe Teriyaki Chicken Bowl (¥820)"! I really do love fried food. The chicken pieces were bigger than I had imagined, with 5 large pieces! The crispy coating was delicious, and the meat was tender and juicy. The sweet sauce and sesame flavor added a nice touch. Fried food generally tastes good no matter what, especially at a pachinko parlor where they probably use frozen or commercial food products. I also enjoy the junky taste of mayonnaise. The portion of rice was about average, but the large chicken pieces filled me up! The only downside is that it's not exactly cheap, but even if you're not a fan of pachinko, you can still easily use it like a casual dining establishment, which I quite like (laughs). Next time, I'll try the noodles or another pork cutlet dish. Thank you for the meal.

The shop is new and clean. Even during lunchtime, it's not crowded and you can eat right away. The taste is not the best, but it's okay. During the 45-minute lunch break, most people opt for bento boxes or cup noodles. However, I choose to go out! Lunchtime is a precious time in life. I had fried chicken that I can't eat at home for 620 yen. It was hot and satisfying.

Maruhan Pachinko Parlor has a dining area on the first floor next to Bikkuri Donkey. They have a counter seating arrangement and a ticket machine at the entrance. The menu includes dishes like Ginger Pork Set for 900 yen, Pork Cutlet Curry for 730 yen, and Salt Ramen with Mini Pork Bowl for 790 yen. I tried the Ginger Pork Set this time, which was a bit pricey at 900 yen due to the use of high-quality pork. The set included four thick slices of meat in a sweet and savory sauce, along with cabbage salad, bean sprout namul, pickles, and miso soup. The curry was medium-spicy and not too thick, served with crispy pork cutlet. The Salt Ramen had a light broth with plenty of seaweed on top. The Pork Bowl had lots of green onions and tender pork in a light sauce. The menu is extensive, but not all items are listed. Overall, it's a quiet and comfortable dining experience separate from the pachinko area. The prices may be a bit higher than expected, but the atmosphere is pleasant.
