Today, I visited this place in the morning to pick up the "Zuihai Special Boat Sashimi" that I had reserved for a home party in the afternoon. When I provided the date, budget, and number of people, they selected the items accordingly. The price ranges from 5,400 to 32,400 yen (reservation required by the previous day). Even at 5,400 yen, it includes at least one whole fish and about 13-15 types of toppings, each with 5 pieces. Upon entering the shop, the friendly owner greeted me enthusiastically. With only one other customer present, I mentioned my reservation, and a large boat sashimi appeared with a luxurious lobster as the centerpiece. It's a great catch today! Excited, I headed to the party venue. After the toast, we enjoyed the dishes brought by each person. When everyone was gathered, the Zuihai Special Boat Sashimi was presented. It was truly a treasure chest of seafood. I started with my favorite whelk - so crunchy and fresh! From lobster, salmon, medium fatty tuna, marinated tuna, crab claws, bonito, shirauo, salmon roe, soy sauce, sweet shrimp, scallops, and more, I was completely satisfied with the variety and quantity. The whole fish, flounder, was fried in the oil used for fried chicken wings, sprinkled with Miracle Spice and salt, creating a crispy fish bone snack that was delicious until the end.
