Counter seating for only 9 people in a simple and clean interior, you can truly feel that you are in a sushi specialty restaurant at Sushidokoro Miyata. Located in the Susukino area, it is convenient to have a parking lot. The high-quality green tea with a lingering sweetness is impressive. The deliciousness of the pickled ginger is also noteworthy. Although the portion was quite small, the pickled ginger was so delicious that you would want to eat more. Among the sushi I had for lunch, it was very delicious, and sushi restaurants with delicious pickled ginger like this one are extremely rare. However, in terms of cost performance, it was a bit expensive during lunchtime. But each dish, service, and everything is well done and at a high level. The high-quality taste of the ingredients left a lasting impression on me. The set was only available as omakase for 3,240 yen. I'm not sure if this was the fixed price for lunch, but the quality of the sea urchin and medium fatty tuna at this restaurant is high. I was asked about the size of the sushi rice at the beginning, and I requested the standard size of the restaurant. They kindly made the sushi rice slightly larger, but it was still smaller than the standard size. I am curious to know if this was the size that Sushidokoro Miyata usually serves...The flounder, medium fatty tuna, spear squid, horse mackerel, sweet shrimp, scallop, hairy crab, salmon roe, sea urchin, and scallop were all served. The flounder was aged with kelp and citrus flavor, and it seemed to have passed its peak of aging. The spear squid had cuts in it and was soft and delicious to eat. The horse mackerel was served in a simmered cut with condiments, and it could be eaten as it is. The flavor of the blue fish, the right amount of fat, and the firmness of the meat were felt, and the sweetness and umami were clearly felt. The sweet shrimp was from the Sea of Japan, and it was the best sweet shrimp I have had recently with its sticky sweetness and firm texture. The scallop was freshly taken out, and it was alive! The texture of the live scallop was irresistible♪ The sweetness and high-quality taste of the scallop were felt. The hairy crab had a little miso and soy sauce on it, and it had a strong umami and richness unique to hairy crabs. The creamy flavor of the hairy crab miso melted into the texture of the hairy crab's meat. The salmon roe had a good mouthfeel and a smooth and mellow taste without feeling the skin, it was a good quality salmon roe. I think it was from Hamanaka, Hokkaido. It had a refreshing sweetness and a light richness, and it was a top-notch taste for this time of year, which I enjoyed thoroughly and also enjoyed the aftertaste. It was priced like a lunch sushi in Otaru, but in Sapporo, it became a lunch sushi from a high-end sushi restaurant with a sense of being expensive. Overall 3.7, Taste 3.8, Service 3.6, Atmosphere 3.8, Cost performance 2.8, Drink 3.5. Address: 1-11 Minami 7-jo Nishi 5-chome, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido. ☆☆☆Preview☆☆☆With that delicious pickled ginger, it seems like it would be enjoyable to have drinks. Will I come for dinner next time?
