I ordered the Jyujiya Blend Coffee for 400 yen, and the master carefully prepared it with a pour-over method. Ah, I feel so relaxed now. At first, there were few people around and it seemed a bit deserted, but now there are more tourists, including inbound tourists. When I got tired of seafood, I found a shop that caught my eye. I bought a coffee after my meal! I got the "Coffee Milk" (500 yen) which is a recommended drink made by combining long-brewed coffee and Hakodate milk. It's different from a cafe latte or a cafe au lait, it's milky and delicious coffee. I have been to the Tokiya Coffee shop in Tanuki COMICHI before, and I had a cafe latte there. I wish they would add Coffee Milk to their menu. It was delicious! I want to drink it again! Thank you, Tokiya, for the great meal!

[Ambiance] The shop is located a 4-minute walk from the station. The exterior of the shop is marked by the name on the ceiling. There are 8 seats available for dining in. [Taste] Discovered the shop in the market and initially thought it wouldn't be anything special, but upon seeing they were using a V60 dripper for a proper extraction, I decided to give it a try. - Jyujiya Blend 350 yen Served in a large mug cup (1.5 times the normal amount). This roast falls between City and Full City, with a mild bitterness and slight lack of richness, sweetness, and acidity. The concentration is normal, with no taste of deterioration. The lack of richness for a blend is disappointing, possibly due to the blend of beans after roasting. A shop that locals and tourists looking for delicious coffee would want to support. I ordered a coffee to go, which came with a Trappist cookie. The atmosphere might not be the most calming, but it could be a good spot for those who want a coffee after the morning market. If you prefer a more relaxed setting, you can take your coffee to the food court in the adjacent building to enjoy it.
