This place is a bit pricey, but I recommend trying the Wagyu beef! The beef tongue and sirloin are especially recommended. Also, the round hormone is a must-try. And above all, Terazakura's sauce is very delicious! I haven't found a place with a sauce tastier than here yet. ^_^

The atmosphere is enhanced by the exterior lighting. There are many kotatsu seats, so you can relax and enjoy the yakiniku. They mainly offer Kitami-style (raw) meat, and their lineup of various motsu (offal) dishes is quite impressive. Let's start with a chilled glass of Sapporo Classic beer to cheers ☆ Delicious!
- Beef Sagari ¥1100: The cut is good, tender with a nice texture. Not completely lean, so it's easy to eat.
- Beef Kalbi ¥1100: Made with shoulder loin, it's delicious when lightly seared. But grilling it slowly over a low flame brings out a refreshing fatty taste that's even better.
- Beef Tongue ¥1150: It's about as tender as the middle part of the tongue. For an additional charge, you can add sliced green onions (¥150) and lemon (also charged separately at ¥100) on top, squeeze it tight, and bite into it. Delicious!
- Beef Liver ¥630: The freshness is evident, so let's go for it... Let's resist the urge and sear it... Delicious.
- Pork Rectum Hormone ¥580: This is it. This is delicious. Recommended by the staff, I gave it a try, and it was incredibly tasty. I had imagined it to be like beef rectum hormone, but the pork fat was exquisite. There's a guide on how to cook it, layer by layer... from the bottom to the top... and again from the bottom to the top... It was so delicious.
- Motsu Nabe (offal stew) ¥580: I ordered it again this time, maybe out of reflex. It's good as a palate cleanser, but since we have yakiniku, do we really need it? But it has various types of offal and it's a miso-based stew, so it's worth a try.
- Kimchi ¥400
- Onion Salad ¥420
Highballs went down smoothly... It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I heard that you can eat delicious horumon in Kitami, so I came to "Yakiniku Tera Sakura," just a few minutes' walk from Minamihiragishi Station. I arrived just after the store opened on Sunday. The red and white noren curtain at the entrance looked cool. Inside, the BGM was instrumental Okinawan music, and the floor was quite spacious with about 10 tables of four seats each, almost all semi-private. I couldn't confirm if there were counter seats. I started with beer and ordered the following yakiniku items:
- Maru Horumon (pork) for 580 yen: It's a proud item with a photo and instructions on how to cook it. It's a tender and fresh horumon with no seasoning, so you can enjoy it with your favorite flavor. I personally like it with salt and pepper.
- Chokutou (pork rectum) for 550 yen: It has a bit more chew compared to Maru Horumon, but it's still easy to eat. The freshness is excellent.
- Shiro Nankotsu (pork white cartilage) for 500 yen: It's a bit tough but I prefer it over sliced nankotsu. Not many places offer this.
- Buta Jougatsu (pork upper stomach) for 520 yen: As expected from a horumon specialty store, all the items were fresh and delicious. However, since they are not seasoned, I felt a bit unsatisfied. I'm not a fan of sauce on horumon, so I would appreciate it if they could develop their own salt sauce.
- Half Yukkejang Soup for 520 yen: It's not too sweet like many other places. It's slightly sweet with a clear taste, and the spiciness is tolerable for adults. I personally prefer this less sweet version. It would be nice if they could make it spicier.
I also had "Cut Lemon" for 100 yen and two highballs. I was interested in the limited "Grilled Chicken White Liver," but I didn't get to try it. When I said to my wife, "I want to come back here!" she rejected it, saying she prefers "Janggo." I might visit alone next time... Thank you for the meal.

My mother and I wanted to eat yakiniku, so we decided to visit this restaurant. We went on a weekday and it was moderately crowded. The seating was all semi-private booths, with Okinawan music playing in the background. We enjoyed a relaxing time together. We ordered kalbi, beef tongue, marinated beef intestines, and pork belly, along with side dishes of salted cabbage and bibimbap. The meat was of high quality and freshness, and very delicious. The drink menu was also extensive, with options ranging from wine to fruit liquor. We will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal.

It was delicious. The pork meatballs and hormone were insanely delicious. The striped intestines, bamboo shoots, pork large intestine, beef tongue... all delicious. I want to go again. The tripe was surprisingly spiky. The black hormone is like eating beef heart... really meaty. Let's go eat there again!

The grilled chicken was especially delicious! The staff were a bit unfriendly, but they walked me out to the door when I left, which increased my overall impression of the place.
