Lunch time~♪ Today, I had Yukinetta after a long time! It has a gentle flavor. My taste buds, which were overwhelmed by strong flavors, fat, and additives, feel refreshed now. They always offer different dishes daily, I wonder how they never run out of ideas for the menu. Amazing.

The red salmon, okaka (dried bonito flakes), chikuwa tempura, simmered pumpkin, and kinpira burdock were all delicious side dishes. The seasoning was just right. Especially the simmered pumpkin was very tasty! The homemade miso oden was also excellent, with the flavor of the miso coming through in the broth and pairing perfectly with the ingredients.

"I'm not good with yurine, that texture when I eat it is just, I really dislike it, can I say that? It's like mushy, I guess? That's why I've only tried it once and never again. But that's not really important... even though it was long. Today's story is that I'm alone in Kushiro. I've declared that I won't come to Kushiro anymore, so today will be the last time. A new soba restaurant opened, so I decided to end with that. In my notes, it says 'happiness meal, unrelated to yurine~ right??' It also says bento, so I'll buy something to take home. Today, I'm going out tomorrow, so if I buy a lot and bring it home, I'll get scolded, so I've decided to only go to two places. This is one of them. The navigation took me there, and I thought, 'Is it really here?' as it led me deeper into a residential area. Then I saw a small sign. It's really a renovated house in a residential area. The husband was washing the car in the parking lot, so I felt a bit awkward entering. I offered to help, but he seemed to dislike it. Weird person... just kidding. There was a lady inside with bento lined up. I decided to go with the 'today's bento.' Normally, I would choose individual items like tamagoyaki or red rice, but for some reason, I ended up with a bento today. I thought since I'm not buying much today, they might let it slide with this much. But I ended up buying more than I thought. I have a good feeling about the lady. The tamagoyaki was like dashimaki, I guess? The karaage had a slight curry flavor, and the meat was tender and delicious. The simmered dish was okay, nothing special, but the rice was modern. It's fine since I'm eating it on the same day. It was a delicious bento. It was a one-coin meal."

Today, I had the daily bento from "Shiawase Gohan Yukine" again. [Onigiri Bento (Ume Shiso Shirasu, Tai Salt Onigiri)] ¥450. The Tai salt dashi onigiri was featured on a TV show with Tetsuya George. The Ume is homemade from the owner's family, of course, with no additives. Both have a gentle and delicious taste. ☺️

- Side Dish Set The set includes 5 different side dishes. They are all lightly seasoned and lack impact, but they are very gentle on the body, making them acceptable to those who are reevaluating their health through their diet. I had these as a snack with beer, so it's a neutral experience haha. - Sunset Pudding I'm not a fan of sweets and hardly ever eat them, so my review might not be very helpful, but here are my thoughts... The pudding has a very smooth texture. I was a bit surprised after the first bite. It's not too rich, but you can definitely taste the egg. When you mix it with the caramel at the bottom (haha), it becomes even more delicious. It's not too sweet or too bland, just really tasty.

Today is "Yukine Day." First, I had a bento box for lunch while sipping on a cup of tea... The salmon, cooked without any small bones and plump, has a perfect salty flavor that makes the rice disappear quickly. The tamagoyaki (rolled omelette) is also delicious, and having a bento box that isn't just fried food is truly appreciated.

This is a store that has been renovated from a typical residential house. It is located in a residential area, so you might get lost on your first visit. The daily bento options on this day were grilled mackerel bento and Chinese bento. I chose the grilled mackerel bento. It was a simple and homely bento that anyone who can cook would be able to make without any issues. However, in this day and age where many households have both parents working, making bento every day can be difficult, and convenience store bentos are full of unhealthy food additives. Considering this, having a kind and safe bento like this offered daily is very much appreciated and there is definitely a demand for it. In fact, I am thinking of visiting again.

Simple and delicious tandoori chicken. The portion of side dishes was a bit small, so I had trouble with the balance with rice. However, it is gentle on the body and inexpensive. I will use it again.
