I enjoyed it in a calm atmosphere, paired with wine. It's a wonderful restaurant that reflects the personality of the master couple.

Oyster dining Gyanto has relocated and opened in Kitaen-zan. It used to be located along the Susukino tram street. The amuse-bouche was a soup made with sweet potatoes and homemade bacon, a delicious dish that pairs well with wine. They offer a variety of fresh oysters for comparison, including Kakiemon from Akkeshi and oysters from different producers in Akkeshi. They also have oysters from Saroma and Nemuro. The menu may vary depending on the season. I enjoyed a Chardonnay with my meal. They also have "Hatsuyuki" from Niki Hills, which is only supplied to three-star restaurants. Reservations are now required, so be sure to book in advance. I had a luxurious experience enjoying delicious wine and oysters in a cozy atmosphere. It's not cheap, but it was worth it. Oyster bar in Sapporo run by a nice elderly couple. They offer a variety of oysters for tasting and even have rare clam sashimi. They put effort into their appetizers, surprising customers with unexpected dishes. Good selection of wines. Great atmosphere, overall a wonderful restaurant.
