Today's lunch. Near the office. Italian restaurant I visited for the first time. Pasta lunch once in a while is not bad. The lunch set menu comes with salad and bread! I ordered Genovese. You can increase the amount for an additional fee. I'm happy if salad, bread, and pasta are all under 1000 yen. The portion felt a bit small, but I love Genovese. The seasoning is on the salty side, so tastes may vary. Got a free large serving voucher and a 100 yen drink voucher on the way out. Also got a takeaway coffee! Happy with the service. I think there are few Italian restaurants in this area, so I might go occasionally. Thank you for the meal!

This area doesn't get many visitors, so I specifically came here for lunch. It was crowded during lunchtime. I sat at the counter and chose the seafood and mushroom tomato cream sauce pasta from the set menu which included salad and bread. The affordable large portion pasta options without salad and bread are perfect for those who want to eat a lot. The simple salad with lettuce, olive oil, and a hint of salt was fresh and delicious. The chewy fresh pasta with plenty of shrimp was satisfying even for a business lunch. You can add a drink and dessert for an additional 200 yen, and even upgrade to a special large portion for an extra 200 yen. The cost performance is great, and I would love to come back for dinner too. The cheerful and friendly service made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I could hear greetings from the kitchen, which added to the warm hospitality. Thank you for the wonderful meal! ♡

Italian soup set for 890 yen + white wine for 290 yen near Hokkaido University Botanical Garden on North 1st Street. The atmosphere is nice, perfect for casual dining. The cozy interior with a warm wooden feel is clean and compact. After my annual health check-up, I was returning from fasting and wanted to have lunch with pasta, but I needed to be kind to my stomach. So I opted for the "Italian soup set" with a slight weight gain. White wine for 290 yen was a lunch special! A whim soup of the day was "Minestrone" with a gentle tomato acidity, plenty of bacon and diced vegetables, with a natural and gentle flavor. The fresh salad had incredibly sweet tomatoes! Two ultra-thin baguettes were just right for my craving for carbs without wanting to fill up my stomach. For dessert, I had yogurt for gut health. Thank you for the meal!

I had been curious about this restaurant for a while, so I visited with a friend. The interior was not too spacious and had a nice atmosphere. We were able to drink in a semi-private booth-like seat. The staff's service was good and left a positive impression. They were attentive to our seating, belongings, drink explanations, and more. The restaurant seems to focus on pasta dishes. They mentioned it was fresh pasta, but the noodles were more like ramen than pasta. They were thick and chewy. It was strange but funny. I ordered the spaghetti aglio e olio, which was quite flavorful. The pizza had a fluffy crust and I quite liked it. The steak had a slight hint of meatiness, which was a shame. It had a nice rare touch, but the chunks of rock salt were a bit too big for the meat. The food wasn't particularly delicious, but I liked the atmosphere. The sangria was easy to drink and I ended up getting a refill. I received a coupon on my way out - free upsizing on pasta for lunch or a free drink. They also offer courses, which would be convenient for company gatherings as it's close to the office district. They also have counter seats, so it's possible to drink alone.

The seasoning was a bit oily but had a gentle basil flavor, which was not bad. The salad consisted mainly of leafy greens with a tangy Italian dressing, accompanied by lightly toasted bread drizzled with olive oil. The lunch menu includes pasta sets with or without bread and salad, ranging from 890 yen to 990 yen. I ordered the "Lunch - Shrimp and Mushroom Tomato Cream Sauce Set" with extra noodles, while my companion ordered the same set without extras. The pasta was al dente with a good texture, and the tomato cream sauce was mild and suitable for everyone. The set also included French bread, salad with dressing, and a complimentary takeout coffee. The flavor was decent, and the price for the default noodle portion was 990 yen. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, and I look forward to trying the "Peperoncino Special" next time.

I went to the pre-opening lunch of a pasta restaurant that I am looking forward to its grand opening! Since it's newly opened, the interior is clean and nice. The female manager was very friendly and I liked her. I ordered the shrimp and mushroom pasta with tomato cream sauce. The pasta was made with fresh pasta and was delicious! They also put a good amount of ingredients in it, which made me happy. The salad and bread that came with it added to the overall volume, so it seems like a good place to go when you're hungry!

The Italian restaurant that never officially opened, but my colleague said it was decent so we went for lunch. Only two other groups were there. The atmosphere felt a bit chaotic. We ordered different pastas, and after 7-8 minutes, they brought out one salad and bread for one person without any explanation. Then they brought out salads and bread for two more people. The salad was just lettuce and some hard French bread. Shortly after, the pasta arrived. I had the chicken tomato sauce pasta, which was mediocre, and the pasta was clumped in parts. I was wondering if it was acceptable for a restaurant to serve this. There was more I wanted to say, but my colleagues were praising the food, so I stayed quiet. Surprisingly, there was another man cooking in the kitchen, so it wasn't just one person running the show. Maybe using trays to carry the food would make things more efficient.
