I was doing a stamp rally at the Michi-no-Eki (roadside station) when I happened to see a soba restaurant. It was lunchtime so I decided to stop by. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere with a counter for three seats and tatami seating around it. Since I had no prior information, I chose a safe option and went with the kashiwaseiro soba. After a few minutes, the soba arrived - it was finely cut with a dark color and tasted delicious on its own. When dipped in the sauce, it tasted even better. Although it wasn't mentioned anywhere, it turned out to be a great find.
