The evening parfait at Cafe Terrace Par was so amazing that I decided to try another branch of the same chain. This night parfait specialty store also had a long line as usual, but I was able to get in after waiting for about 20 minutes. The store was full inside. It was interesting to see that the types of parfaits varied depending on the branch. They had parfaits like Trio Flying Strawberry Daifuku, Yukiusagi, Shimaenaga Parfait, Ophelias, Shimaenaga Parfait with Mimosa which contained alcohol. The ingredients were plentiful, with delicate combinations and marriages that delighted the customers. The prices could go up to almost 3000 yen for a set, but it was worth it for the artfully crafted parfaits. The Shimaenaga Parfait had a visually appealing presentation with Shimaenaga bird motif. It contained alcohol. The caramelized banana was beautiful! It had soft serve ice cream from Yamakawa Farm, grissini, cocoa mousse, caramelized banana, rum raisin gelato, meringue, genoise, croquant, sub-zero raw chocolate, blood orange mousse, banana and rum raisin marinated, cocoa tea jelly, and at the bottom, there was a sweet bean paste ball. I was surprised by the boiled salted peanuts as a palate cleanser. The subtle saltiness and unique chewy texture were a great accent. The idea to include them was amazing. The Flying Strawberry Daifuku had white chocolate mochi with chocolate gelato, soft serve ice cream from Yamakawa Farm, fresh strawberries, chocolate, sweet potato chips, croquant, genoise, almond florentine, and at the bottom, there were burdock chips and cocoa nib meringue, cookie crumble, pistachio pudding, and caramel. The lower layer was like a showcase and was very cute. Everything was delicious and interesting, but perhaps the parfait from the previous visit happened to be exactly to my liking, so this time, I wasn't as impressed. However, in terms of beautifully balanced and surprising night cafe experience, this place also had a wonderful quality. Since the prices were quite high, I naturally expected high-quality items. Thank you for the meal!

I always line up here♪ It's very popular. I write my name and wait in front of the shop. This time it was about a 30-minute wait. The parfait is very delicious. It has a good amount of my favorite parfait, so I recommend eating lightly before going so you can enjoy it to the end. Today I had the Shimaenaga parfait. The chocolate they put on the soft serve was delicious~. My friend was happy to choose because reading the explanations of the menu items is difficult for them~.

I visited this place on a Sunday around 8:00 PM to try their famous parfait as the last stop of my Sapporo trip. There was a 20-minute wait, which was relatively reasonable compared to other places with 90-minute waits. The parfait had a luxurious feel and was visually stunning. The taste was exceptional, surpassing a regular parfait with a high-quality flavor that enveloped me in happiness as soon as I took a bite. However, at 1,850 yen, the price is a bit on the higher side in terms of cost-performance. Thank you for the meal.

I arrived around 9 pm on Saturday without having to wait. Before trying the Budo Norin 21, the staff suggested to eat it with the sauce below and grapes, but I thought it would be impossible in its original state. Even if you eat it normally, it's scary because Mr. Grape could logout at any time. But the taste was very good!

When you come to Sapporo, there are too many night parfait shops to choose from, and you can't visit all the places you want to go! Even in one shop, there are 4.5 types of parfaits, including classic and seasonal ones, all of which look delicious and it's hard to choose! The Shimaneaga parfait has rum raisin and chocolate banana. The caramelized crispy texture is too delicious!

I learned about the term "night parfait" for the first time. I happened to be in Sapporo and decided to visit the place based on my family's recommendation. Most of the parfaits contain alcohol, so my family, who doesn't drink, chose the only option without alcohol, the Shine Muscat parfait. There was another option that could be made non-alcoholic, but I forgot about it. I chose the Shimaenaga parfait, which is the motif of the shop, and it was a chocolate banana parfait. Each parfait comes with a drink. The total cost for two parfaits with drinks was around 5,700 yen. The Shine Muscat parfait with a drink was over 3,000 yen... The cost performance may not be the best, but the location in the heart of Susukino is great, and each parfait is very elaborate and Instagrammable.

When it comes to Sapporo, the must-try dessert is the Night Parfait Cherrington Parfait. This menu has a powerful combination of flavors including cherry, white chocolate cream, pistachio gelato, lightly mint-scented meringue, croquant, Valrhona 70% chocolate gelato, mint leaves, cherries, Hokkaido pesticide-free red rhubarb mousse, almond milk panna cotta, black sugar warabi mochi, Ohoro gin and dill jelly from Niseko Distillery, Hokkaido pesticide-free red rhubarb mousse sauce, and collagen. If you want to enjoy stylish and sweet treats, this place is highly recommended!

We arrived in Sapporo the day before and after finishing work, a total of 8 people went to Kaiyotei for dinner. It was fun and delicious, but I didn't take any photos so I'll refrain from reviewing it. Afterwards, the women suggested having parfait, which I found surprising, but apparently it's a part of Hokkaido culture. Even though I don't usually eat sweet things, we decided to go along with everyone's mood. The shop that the girls wanted to go to first had a long line and was no longer accepting customers after 10 PM. We called around, walked around, and finally joined the line at this shop before 11 PM. The shop had already stopped taking customers after us. Among mostly women and couples, our group of 8, made up of two middle-aged men and women from our younger days, stood out quite a bit. The shop had a good selection of alcohol, which made sense for such occasions. However, apparently alcohol alone is not recommended. The atmosphere was like a stylish cafe. There were several types of parfaits, each costing around 2000 yen! I thought it was expensive, but when it arrived, it was smaller than expected. However, after taking a bite, my opinion changed. It was delicious! Not too sweet, rather refreshing, with plenty of fruits that made it seem healthy. Even though I don't usually eat sweet things, I enjoyed it and found it to be a delicious way to end the meal. The bill came out to just over 20,000 yen for 8 people. We spent quite a bit at Kaiyotei... Thank you for the meal.

I had the Grape Parfait & Sangria Set for ¥2,780 and it was really fruity and refreshing! The parfait had the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, definitely worth more than the price! I also ordered the Haskap Wine for ¥200 which was also delicious and easy to drink. I wish I could go there more often, but it's a bit pricey so it's more of a treat for me.

Taste 3.5/5, Atmosphere 3.8/5, Cost performance 2.8/5 I came for a night parfait after a long time! It was a weekday, so I was able to get a table within 30 minutes of arriving. It took another 30 minutes after ordering. I enjoyed my Earl Grey tea set leisurely. Well, it's almost gone already lol Even if there's some left, it gets lukewarm lol The atmosphere inside is calm and seems like a nice place to come after a date! There are many carefully crafted parfaits, but there are also some that feel familiar... This time, I wanted to eat melon, so I ordered the "meromero" parfait. But as expected from a parfait specialty shop, all the layers are really delicious! I recommend trying the meromero parfait... However, at around 2500 yen for a set, it's quite pricey. I hate to say it, but with 2500 yen, you can eat a lot of other delicious things. In that sense, the cost performance is really bad. I recommend it to those who want to add a special touch to the end of a date!!

In June 2023, I returned to Sapporo city from Escon Field Hokkaido. It's my last night in Sapporo, so before dinner, I want to have a parfait. Let's go to "Parfaiteria miL" located on the underground floor of a building in the Tanukikoji Arcade. The interior has a nice atmosphere. They focus on seasonal parfaits, using carefully selected ingredients, so I have high expectations. I ordered the Hydrangea parfait for 2,180 yen (with alcohol). After a short wait, the parfait arrived, looking like a work of art. The parfait consisted of Haskap and red wine jelly, blackcurrant and white kidney bean cream, meringue, strawberry and white kidney bean cream, blueberry sorbet, matcha langue de chat, nasturtium, sesame tuile, burdock chip, creme d'ange, cheese souffle, Otokoyama Daiginjo gelato, almond galette, fresh blueberries, blueberry confiture, lemon and chia seed jelly, nata de coco, peanut rocher, fresh diced red grapes. The presentation was impeccable, and the variety of ingredients was impressive. The parfait was centered around blueberries, with the added bonus of being able to taste wine and sake. It was a satisfying experience. I'm curious about the sunflower parfait and would like to revisit this place when the seasons change. Thank you for the meal! Now, off to dinner.

I tried the trendy night parfait culture. I went around 6 pm on a weekday and surprisingly got in with zero wait time! The interior decoration was stylish with dried flowers, making it very Instagrammable. The main parfait not only looked great but also tasted delicious with plenty of fruits. I recommend trying the night parfait experience at least once!

Around 7:30 pm, there was only one group of customers waiting before I arrived. After signing in, it suddenly got crowded and a big line formed in no time. I was lucky with the timing. The parfait was delicious, with great attention to detail in its appearance. The price was a bit high, though. The disappointing part was that the sparkling wine I chose as part of a set wasn't tasty. I should have probably opted for a slightly more expensive drink, even if it meant paying a few hundred yen more. However, as a first-timer, I didn't know what to expect, so I wish they could guide customers a bit better in that regard.

I understand the feeling of wanting to eat late at night. This place is always crowded and they often run out of items, which is frustrating. I've been here multiple times only to find out they were sold out and closed. It seems like this company also runs Nanakamado and other popular parfait shops. I finally got to go and it was a dream come true. I had a hard time choosing from the menu, but I ended up picking the cherry blossom and plum flavors. The parfaits are quite elaborate and for 2000 yen, I think it's a good deal considering they could cost around 3600 yen in Tokyo. The parfaits were beautifully presented and I wish they had a diagram explaining each component. The drink set was a good deal and I enjoyed a Honey Milk Latte. Despite having already eaten, I couldn't resist trying both parfaits. The atmosphere was calming and there was a handsome waiter. It was a great experience!

The parfait was delicious but the service was a bit lacking. There were about 4 different parfait options, all intricately made and guaranteed to make you happy with their appearance and taste. However, they only accept cash for payment, and in the case of separate bills, they don't allow payment with a 10,000 yen bill.

Returning to normal here. A shop located on the basement floor, about 3 minutes from Tanuki Koji tram stop in Sapporo city. First visit. Sapporo seems to have a lot of places known for "night parfaits" and "closing parfaits," as I often see shops specializing in them. I stopped by here on my way back to the hotel from Tanuki Koji tram stop. Visited around 8:00 pm, and there were two people waiting, so we were seated in about 10 minutes. I had already looked at the menu while waiting, so I immediately ordered the Snow Rabbit Parfait for 2380 yen. The Snow Rabbit Parfait is generally delicious, but the strawberries were sliced too thinly, so I couldn't taste or feel the aroma and texture of the strawberries. It might be difficult to make, but my impression is that it's worth less than 1000 yen. I would recommend INITIAL nearby instead. Thank you for the meal.

The night parfait specialty shop, MIRU, which happened to have an opening, was such an amazing and stylish space that it felt like a miraculous encounter. The parfait inspired by the Long-tailed Rosefinch and the snow-viewing rabbit was not only cute to look at but also delicious to eat, making it the best. The cassis-based alcoholic drinks were also very tasty.

Sapporo's culture of eating "shime parfait" - a dessert to finish off a meal - has been around for a while, but it wasn't there when I used to visit Sapporo often. So, this was my first time trying a shime parfait. I was taken to a cute shop with a sign featuring a striped squirrel. There were striped squirrels inside the shop as well! The menu, the hand towel, everything had striped squirrels on them, which got me really excited. The parfait was quite elaborate with ingredients like rum raisins, chocolate-covered bananas, white slime meringue, soft serve ice cream, gelato, chocolate mousse, and more. The presentation was really creative, with breadsticks resembling striped squirrels and soft serve ice cream. The chocolate sauce was poured by the staff at the table. It had alcohol in it, making it a more adult dessert. There were plenty of bananas in it, making it quite filling. After drinking, I couldn't eat something like this, so a smaller size would have been better. The flavors were delicious, with a focus on quality ingredients. There were other beautiful and tasty parfaits on the menu as well. If you ever visit Sapporo, be sure to try a shime parfait!

I waited for about an hour to enter the popular night parfait shop. I ordered the Snow Rabbit for 2380 yen, the Oh Phrase for 2280 yen, and the Mimosa for 1780 yen. It was around 11:30 pm, and unfortunately, the most popular Shimane Naga parfait was sold out. The Snow Rabbit parfait is designed with a soft serve snow rabbit on top, which looks very cute. The Oh Phrase and Mimosa parfaits also have a lovely and vibrant appearance. Despite their cute looks, the flavors are sophisticated and well-crafted, with carefully selected ingredients and combinations. They even provide a description sheet for each ingredient, which is a nice touch. Personally, I liked the Oh Phrase flavor the best. These parfaits are both delicious and beautifully presented.
