【Takeout only (no smoking on premises)】 Sapporo Kitchen - The outdoor market at Sapporo Nijo Market, a vegetable store that has been dealing with mountain vegetables and vegetables for a long time. The location of the store is at the vegetable market. Revisited in the morning on December 31, 2021. This place is like an oasis where there are hardly any tourist customers, making it quiet and nice. Although some of the shops at the vegetable market have changed, this shop is one of the long-standing members since the opening of the vegetable market. Among the shops in the vegetable market, this is the one I use the most. This shop handles vegetables and fruits from both inside and outside the prefecture, but my target is usually this one - locally produced pickled bracken. Today being the last day of work for the market, I got a little extra ♬ Instead of the usual price of 230 yen per bunch, I got it for 200 yen. I bought 3 bunches for 600 yen. Bracken is used for New Year's dishes like simmered dishes, so I quickly made a salt dashi when I got home. Unlike the canned bracken from Russia, the bracken from Hokkaido has a strong smell. The taste is also quite strong, giving a very satisfying feeling. I will be back next year, or rather this year. Thank you for your support. ^^
