Visited on June 27, 2021. I met the master at "Shiretoko Small Izakaya Mari no Mise", and I learned about this place's opening from the unyielding mackerel man Tamio-san's invitation. Unfortunately, that day was the opening day of "Ponsake to Obanzai On", so I planned to visit soon. However, the landlady of Mari no Mise invited me to go together in July. But before that, I found out it was the one-week anniversary today, so I decided to visit first. The opening at 12 o'clock was fully booked, but there was availability from 2 o'clock, so I made a reservation. Actually, acquaintances also made a reservation at that time. Since it was not a weekday, there was no lunch menu. First, I had an all-you-can-drink soft drink. After receiving a set of three appetizers, I ordered a sashimi platter with three types for 1,180 yen. It included squid, mackerel, and sweet shrimp. The shrimp was very fresh and the miso was very sweet. Normally, this is where it ends, but the master suddenly showed a large sea urchin to the customer next to us, saying, "It's 500 yen for sea urchin, what do you think?" I was tempted to try it, so I also asked for it. The sea urchin was large and sweet with big grains. It was a lucky find. Feeling a bit peckish, I also tried mackerel, octopus, and salmon sushi, as well as tarako from Tora-jo Ham. I thought it was a waste not to have alcohol with it. I plan to come back soon to enjoy lunch.
