I had ankake yakisoba, meat sushi, gyoza, and Iburi Gakko cheese, which were all delicious and satisfying in portion size. Even ingredients that I usually don't like were so delicious when cooked here that I would like to come back for more.

I often see this restaurant on social media. I visited alone. They have a wide variety of drinks and all the dishes look delicious. The appetizer portion is quite generous. I ordered the potato salad and half portion of meat platter. It's quite a lot of food. It's a bit too much for a casual solo drink... but the food is delicious and the portions are generous, so I think it would be satisfying for multiple people. It would be nice if they had a menu for solo drinkers.

The fried potatoes had Inca no Mezame seasoning and were delicious! The venison was surprisingly the most delicious. I also tried the meat sushi, which was tender and not greasy, very tasty! When I came back from the restroom, there was dessert waiting for me, which was also delicious. I ordered sweet and sour pork to go, but it turned out to be braised pork belly instead. They were open from early in the morning on the final day, but there was still a long line all day long. I went around 6 pm because I had work, but there were about 10 people ahead of me in line (›´A`‹ ) In the end, I got my shaved ice around 8 pm! It's okay to wait because I have time, but I can see how tough it must be for the staff. The fans who were sad about the final day crowded the shop! The contrast between the pumpkin sauce and the rare cheese sauce is beautiful. As for the taste, the sweetness of the pumpkin sauce combined with the slightly tangy rare cheese sauce is an outstanding combination. This is delicious! Eating this shaved ice, it truly feels like a complete dish! Inside, there is a pumpkin paste which tastes incredibly delicious when eaten with the ice. Surprisingly, there was no brain freeze, and I practically devoured it in one go. ★ Customizable Apple (Cinnamon Milk, Mascarpone Cream, Pie) Arriving in an adorable shape resembling a sweet potato stem and mint leaves, this is an apple representation. With cinnamon and pie, it gives off an apple pie vibe. To have this in shaved ice form... genius! Inside, there is mascarpone cream. The rich mascarpone cream complements the light apple sauce, adding depth to the flavor. This shaved ice experience is truly impressive. The ice here is machine-shaved. While some may argue that hand-shaved ice is tastier, after trying this ice, I don't think it matters. It's fluffy and the ice shape is perfect. Plus, it doesn't get boring or give brain freeze. The exceptional sauces are the main reason for this. Starting from October, they will begin evening operations, so shaved ice will be on hiatus at the end of September. Sapporo, Hokkaido has completely embraced the autumn atmosphere. However, today the temperature rose enough to wear summer clothes like short sleeves and shorts, making it the perfect weather. The blue sky is also refreshing. While walking around Susukino, I spotted a sign for "shaved ice." After looking it up on Tabelog, it seemed intriguing! This marks my third shaved ice of the season. The shop is located on the 5th floor of a building, but due to the state of emergency, many shops are closed, resulting in a quiet atmosphere inside the building. I was a bit worried if the shop was really open, but fortunately, it was. The interior had tables arranged in a unique way for social distancing. There were 8 customers before us, so it was quite crowded. We finally decided on ordering the "European pear with rare cheese cream" and the "corn 2021 version." After a 15-minute wait, our shaved ice arrived. We quickly took a photo as it stated that we had 20 seconds for photography. We started with the European pear with rare cheese cream, transferring the pear compote to a small plate and then digging into the ice covered with creamy sauce. The sweet pear and tangy rare cheese cream matched perfectly with the fluffy ice. It was delicious! The ice was fluffy and didn't cause brain freeze even when eaten quickly. It was also not easy to get tired of it. The rare cheese cream sauce was particularly outstanding. The homemade European pear compote had a great flavor. Next, we tried the corn shaved ice. We expected it to be like a cold corn potage soup with corn kernels, cheese tofu, white chocolate crunch, and pink peppercorns. When the flavors started to blur, we sprinkled some pink salt over it, making the sweet corn sauce stand out again. With various ingredients, it was never boring, and everything complemented each other well. It was a fantastic shaved ice experience! It is located at Katsuyoshi Building, 5th floor, Minami 3-jo Nishi 3-chome. Normally, it operates as a meat bar with evening hours, but during the day, it serves shaved ice. I visited on a holiday just after noon. The place was about 80% full, with two staff members - a guy making the shaved ice and a girl handling the service. Both of them were very friendly. They informed me that it would take some time to prepare, to which I agreed. I ordered the "Western Pear Rare Cheesecake" (1,000 yen). They have self-service drinks, so they brought me cold water and also warm tea in case I wanted something warm after eating ice. I waited for about 30 minutes. Other customers were quietly waiting as well. When I saw the shaved ice being served to other customers, it looked so delicious that my anticipation grew. Finally, my shaved ice arrived. The menu said, "The ice melts quickly, so please finish taking pictures with your smartphone within 20 seconds!" I quickly took a photo. The shaved ice was piled up nicely in a round shape. As soon as I took a bite, I understood why it was so popular. It was delicious! The ice melted quickly in my mouth. It had a mix of Western Pear syrup, milk, and rare cheesecake cream on top. The taste was rich and not too sweet. It was refreshing to eat because it was on ice. There was also Western Pear compote on top, which was incredibly soft and tasty. At first, I thought 1,000 yen for shaved ice was expensive, but the satisfaction I felt after eating it was worth it!

Are you going out for drinks? It's a happy invitation. After finishing work today at Sapporo Marui Imai, I hurried to the meeting place. The selected restaurant is famous for its meat and shaved ice. I was surprised by the shaved ice, but there were many people coming to eat it. The course with all-you-can-drink for 3500 yen was great. We toasted with beer and the appetizer was anchovy bagna cauda. The cute appetizer was not to my liking, so I had salmon instead. The oysters were also good with white wine. Next came shrimp chili and shrimp mayo, which were interesting dishes. The lemon sour was delicious, and my friend had a highball. The shrimp was really fresh. The main dishes arrived: chicken, pork, and beef, all great for snacking. I couldn't eat anymore, but I tried. The meat sushi with sea urchin was a hit. The dessert was a small assortment, but it was cheap in Sapporo. It was delicious. Shall we go for a second round? There are delicious lamb dumplings. Are you still going to eat more?

The 4,000 yen course is very filling and all the dishes are delicious! This price is quite rare in my opinion. I understand why this restaurant is so popular! However, I was disappointed that the wine from the +300 yen all-you-can-drink option didn't really go well with the meat. I think it would be perfect if the wine was paired better. Apart from the wine, there is a wide variety of cocktails and other drinks, which I think would be very popular with women.

Now, let's enjoy a quick drink. I only had two dishes, but they looked delicious and the taste was truly enjoyable. It was clear that the dishes were carefully crafted with a delicious taste that stood out from the usual chain restaurant dishes that anyone can make. The anchovy and garlic cream sauce in the bagna cauda was rich and flavorful, like a concentrated crab miso, making the fresh and delicious vegetables even tastier. I really liked this bagna cauda♪ The sand liver with sansho pepper confit was also delicious! The taste was great and the presentation was lovely♪ The dishes looked delicious and actually tasted delicious as well. For drinks, I enjoyed an extra highball and a fresh cassis grapefruit cocktail. The extra highball was decent, but the fresh fruit cocktail, particularly the cassis grapefruit, was a more feminine drink that I enjoyed. While I thought it would have been better paired with red wine, the fresh fruit was delicious. The restaurant had a high level of satisfaction with delicious food and a great atmosphere, so I would like to come back next time to try their course meals or enjoy a leisurely time during the first party. I had the 3000 yen course and it was delicious. The bagna cauda sauce was especially tasty. There was a good variety of meat and fish, and I was very satisfied with the meal. The all-you-can-drink menu included cocktails, sparkling wine, and premium malt beer, which was great. The staff was friendly, and I would love to visit this restaurant again.

If you opt for the all-you-can-drink option, you might feel like you're losing out a bit.

Originally, it was a 3500 yen course, but we upgraded the all-you-can-drink menu and, as recommended by the skilled staff, ended up ordering additional dishes, which made it around 4000 yen per person. However, I was satisfied because they provided delicious food, tasty drinks, a nice private room, and warm customer service. Everyone who gathered was satisfied and praised it, so I was glad. Since it was a Friday, even if not everyone was present, the atmosphere was lively, but the start and end times were quite strict. It may not be suitable for those who want to linger, but it might be good for those who want to leave on time but find it difficult to do so because others are lingering. There are no coat hangers at the seats, but they will hold them for you if you ask. Also, the restroom is a shared one in the building.
