I had never eaten at the university cafeteria before, so I was surprised. Wow, the university cafeteria is amazing! It's cheap, delicious, and pretty fast! I'm satisfied with how much you can eat for this price. I ordered two dishes and it was only 800 yen. Imagine the taste of ramen you would get at a government office cafeteria. The terimayo was just delicious. I decided quickly this time, but next time I want to try something different. I'm also interested in Sapio and the bakery.

This is the cafeteria in the student hall at Sapporo University. I had lunch here for a specific reason. It's quite a large space. The menu is very extensive because many students use it. You put the cooked dishes on a tray, pay at the register, and then find an empty table to sit at. The menu in the photo is "Pepper Cheese Grilled". The chicken is generously topped with cheese. It's very satisfying to eat. The cheese has a peppery accent. The crispy grilled flavor adds to the deliciousness. The set meal also comes with the classic round potato salad. Students can enjoy this for 420 yen! Oh, how I envy them. If only there was one near my workplace, I would also like to use it. I won't disturb anyone, I promise. Thank you for the meal.

I used to attend Sapporo University. I still go there occasionally for a meal. If the first cafeteria is a "cafeteria" preferred by men, then the second cafeteria is a "cafeteria" preferred by women. The first one is like a beer hall with long tables and non-smoking, while the second one has sofa seats and smoking is allowed. I have never been to the second floor because it seems like a scary hangout spot for students. You choose your favorite side dishes and put them on a tray to take to the register. The first cafeteria allows you to get full for under 400 yen, while the second one is a bit pricier with a budget of 500 yen. I recommend the deep-fried tofu, oyster fry, and fried chicken. There used to be soft-serve ice cream in the summer. They are open during summer vacation as well. There are club members and staff there, but it's not crowded during breaks. As a result, the menu is limited. I have seen local residents coming in, so it's not uncommon for the general public to visit. For cafeteria enthusiasts, please give it a try!
