I found this restaurant in a local information magazine and decided to visit for the first time. I ordered curry rice for 500 yen, ice coffee for 300 yen (with a set discount of 100 yen), and some snacks for a total of 150 yen. The meal started with a salad with lots of beans and sesame dressing. The curry was described as being mild but it was actually a bit spicy. It was served in a deep plate with a small portion and came with Fukujinzuke. The coffee was freshly brewed and surprisingly had a good taste. While waiting, I also bought some fruit yogurt candies. The atmosphere was nostalgic with old-fashioned music playing and people of all ages enjoying drinks and chatting. The place was run by two lovely ladies, possibly a grandmother and her granddaughter. It was a delightful experience.
